Amil is an expert electrician and a man of his word! He installed two ceiling fans for me two years ago and came by to reprogram them when they were picked up on someone else's frequency. He did this as a courtesy as he stands by his work, though this was no fault of his. He also answered my questions on another concern and does not recommend work that is not needed. I will hire him in the future for all my electrical needs.

Muza Electric, came to me as a referral from a friend, and I couldn’t be more pleased! With more time at home through the pandemic, I decided this was a great time to upgrade my home. Prior to setting an appointment, I confirmed they were licensed, bonded, and insured and scheduled a free estimate. Amilcar arrived on time and was patient, talking me through my various projects, including the design and placement of recessed and task lights throughout my home. He also suggested dimmers and smart switches to provide additional customization and ambiance lighting, which I had not even considered. So happy with the work, I also expanded the project, having Amilcar and his team upgrade several existing light fixtures and install under-counter lighting. Given his customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism, I’ve since called him back twice to install landscaping lighting and an EV charging station. I’d highly recommend contacting Muza Electric, they’ll become your go-to electricians!!

We had difficulty reaching a burned out lightbulb to change it on an old chandelier foyer lamp. We called Muza Electric for help, and their technician, Amilcar Guillen was fantastic! He was able to expertly and carefully disassemble the lamp to get to the light bulb, and after changing the bulb quickly put the lamp back together. Always professional and courteous, he explained what he was doing while fixing the lamp. And the amount charged was more than fair! I will not hesitate to call Amilcar again if we have another electrical problem!

I called Amilcar, the owner of Muza, to schedule him to come install a new ceiling fan. He was able to come the same day; removed the old fan, took it away; and. Installed the new fan and wall control panel within 45 min. The bill was very reasonable. They’re very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, fast and very reasonably priced.

I called Muza Electrician about fixing a faulty outlet that was causing issues charging my electric car. They responded promptly after I reached out and were able to come over the same day, which was a huge relief. The electrician explained the issue clearly, identifying that the existing outlet wasn’t properly installed, and even went to Dominion Electric to pick up the correct parts. Once the new parts were installed, they fixed the problem quickly and professionally, ensuring my car charged perfectly again. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services!

Amil (the owner of Muza Electric) and his team upgraded a circuit breaker in my house. Amil explained to me what needs to be done step by step and sent me a detail quote for the work.
I initially received 6 quotes from 6 different companies. However, I chose Muza Electric for two reasons:
1) Amil explained the work in detail and answered all my questions. Amil knows his stuff very well.
2) The price they gave me was very fair for the amout of work they did
After pulling the permit, they completed the work in one day and scheduled an inspection. It was a very clean work. Their work passed the DC's inspection. They also filed with PEPCO for the power switch process which was completed after a couple of weeks.
I am completely satisfied with their work. I recommend Muza Electric for similar electrical work.

Muza Electric did a great job installing an electric car charging outlet for us today. The communication was easy and a clear price was set up front. The team put down drop cloths and protected our floors and worked hard to snake the wire with limited drywall cuts. The work was professional and quick. I highly recomment Amil and Muza Electric!
