This was my first time using a cleaning service. Needed help with an apartment move out. Everyone I dealt with in this process was polite and professional. The team sent was friendly and thorough. Highly recommend them.

While the individual who helped with booking (and eventually a partial refund) was very pleasant to interact with, the cleaning service I received was terrible and a massive waste of my time. I booked a deep cleaning and was very disappointed to see that the cleaner barely provided even a decent routine cleaning. None of the extra services that come with a deep cleaning (clean inside oven, microwave, fridge, cabinets, etc) were performed, and the cleaning that was done was so subpar I really couldn't tell much of a difference in my apartment besides it smelling good. I was charged instead for standard cleaning and refunded the difference. Though even paying for that seemed too generous, I let it go. But I would recommend trying a different cleaning service.

Arlington Home Cleaning did an amazing job with our deep cleaning in Arlington, VA! The team was professional, on time, and left our house spotless from top to bottom. Arlington home cleaning was completely unprofessional in their execution of my home cleaning. I never post poor reviews, but I chose to invest in a deep home cleaning and instead received a standard house clean of about 30 minutes. To start, the website promised the cabinets and oven to be cleaned, and they were not. Underneath the radiators was missed, along with other areas. I alerted them to this issue, and received an apology. I requested them to come back and complete the clean as agreed, and they instead offered a $50 refund. The refund was never completed even after three follow ups with the company. On top of it all, at the outset of the transaction, they had quoted $40 lower than I was eventually charged. I will never take my business here again and I highly recommend others to avoid.

Every corner was taken care of, and it felt brand new again. They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. It’s clear they can be trusted to do quality work. I just had my first experience today with a cleaning lady from Arlington Home Cleaning (Yudi) & she was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she very thorough and did an excellent job, but she was also extremely polite and pleasant to be around. Signed up for recurring visits every two weeks :)

I booked Arlington Home Cleaning for a deep clean in Arlington VA and Mary did an excellent job!! She worked professionally, removed her shoes at the door, handled detailed areas like baseboards, floors, kitchen surfaces, and bathroom fixtures, and left every area spotless. I had valuables and personal items out, and all of them were exactly where I left them, which made me feel fully comfortable trusting her in my apartment.

When the cleaning was finished, Mary waited for me to return so I could walk through and confirm everything met my expectations. She made sure I was happy before leaving and I really appreciated that level of care and service.

Extremely pleased! I sold my Arlington home and needed it cleaned before new tenants moved in. Between work and packing, I didn’t have the time, but Arlington Home Cleaning made it effortless. They handled everything—deep cleaning every room, making the kitchen and bathrooms shine, and leaving it looking as clean as the day I moved in. If you’re in Arlington and need a move-out or rental cleaning done right, I can’t recommend them enough!

Very bad service and irresponsible company: We hired this company for a move-out cleaning at 3110 10th St N in Arlington, VA and paid $185 plus tip. The cleaner spent about 3.5 hours at the property, and at the time we assumed the cleaning had been completed thoroughly.

However, during our apartment’s official move-out inspection, multiple areas were still found to be dirty, including the washer/dryer area, inside the oven, baseboards, and debris inside cabinets/drawers.

We contacted the company and provided photos as well as the contact information for our apartment management office, who could verify the inspection findings. The company initially responded that they would investigate.

They later claimed that inside cabinets and oven cleaning were not included in the booking. However, their own policy states that the cleaner will assess the home upon arrival and may suggest additional services based on the home’s condition. At no point during the appointment did the cleaner mention that these areas were excluded or offer an option to add the service for an additional charge.

After that response, communication stopped completely. It has now been over a month with no resolution or follow-up.

We made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly before leaving a review. Unfortunately, due to the lack of response and accountability, we cannot recommend this service.

Our entire upstairs was starting to smell a little musty from the pets. I wanted to get it deep cleaned before my family comes for the weekend. The tech of The Carpet Patrol thoroughly cleaned the carpets in the house. All the pet smells and dirt trapped in the carpets were pulled out. The upstairs smells like a brand-new house and is comfortable.

They moved my couch to get the dust underneath and were totally honest and did exactly what we agreed on. This was completely stress-free. If you want a company that will do honest work, I highly recommend Carpet Patrol.

The stairs are the hardest part of the house to keep clean. It gets really dark in the middle when everyone steps on it.. The Carpet Patrol spent a lot of time cleaning every single step to remove the heavy dirt that had accumulated on them. After the carpet cleaning, the stairs matched the edges again. This made a huge difference to the entryway's appearance when they walked in through our front door.

Great results! my couch looks good as new.

Scheduling was a breeze and even though it was a same-day appointment, they were able to come right away and work with my house carpet right after arriving. They were prompt, extremely polite and very efficient.
