A few things happened during the cleaning but looking at the results it felt like it was a lot. Very happy with the results. Carpet was done including upholstery and the stairs. I almost forgot how they used to look like. Been a long time since our last cleanup. Thank you The Carpet Patrol guys!

Very thankful to those guys from The Carpet Patrol. Very handy, they took care of everything related and not-so-related to my carpets. From the living room, the starts, then the bedrooms. Amazing results, couldn’t ask for anything more. Just a reasonable price to pay for this kind of satisfaction.

Where do I start?

Bait and switch kind of company.

Quoted us around $400, said we needed the $900 package, which seemed like they just mixed in more chemicals? At least that's what the guy said.

The cleaner was very nice and professional, but we had him stop halfway through because none of our stains were coming out, even with the premium package.

Called and spoke with the manager, who was also nice, but didn't really help.

Offered to have the guy come back and "try again" which we were not interested in.

Asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner is a "private owner" and that I couldn't talk with him.

Then they offered me a $150 refund, which I turned down.

Had to hire another company, got ALL of our stains out for 1/3 of the price.

I would be careful doing business with Carpet Patrol.

Perhaps it was under my wife's name, but it was definitely your company. And I spoke to a lady who claimed to be the representative of the owner who ran the company.

The Carpet Patrol team provided fast service by accepting our urgent appointment request. The team delivered outstanding results by removing both the pet mess and unpleasant smell and I would contact them without hesitation for future needs.

The Carpet Patrol provided me with an excellent service experience. They handled my carpet with care after I scheduled their service because they removed all pet odors and stains from my favorite carpet. They also used pet friendly cleaning solutions and completely eliminated all odors. My carpet now presents a completely fresh appearance and texture. They provided me professional service with respect while maintaining easy communication so I will use their services again.

My son dropped a plate of food in the dining area and it left a huge greasy spot.I tried scrubbing it but nothing worked. The technician from this company came out to Arlington the very next morning to fix it. His carpet cleaning method lifted the grease right out of the floor. He even gave me a tip on how to blot spills better.I am so thankful he saved my rug.

The carpet cleaning was very quiet and he did not disrupt my kids while they were doing homework. Everything went so smoothly and the floors dried really fast. It was a huge relief to find a company that makes things so easy for the customer.

We hired 'We Shine' to clean our townhouse. We've had several cleaning services over the past several years and were not always happy with results. Now "finally" have found our permanent helpers.
