I’ve tried other services but Arlington Home Cleaning is by far the best for deep cleaning in Arlington Virginia. They left my home spotless from top to bottom.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve had a hard time finding a reliable cleaning service in the area and felt this one deserved a shoutout. After trying a few companies that either didn’t show up or rushed through the job, I decided to give Arlington Home Cleaning a try—and I’m really glad I did.

They were on time, professional, and did an amazing job with the deep clean. I work full-time and have a pretty packed schedule, so it’s a huge relief to come home to a place that actually feels clean (not just surface-level wiped down). They paid attention to the little details—baseboards, under furniture, kitchen cabinets—all the stuff that usually gets skipped.

Prices were fair for the quality of the work, and communication was easy from the start. I’ll. If you’ve been burned by other cleaning services like I have, give these folks a shot.

Karla was phenomenal! She arrived on time and did a deep cleaning of my 1000 sq ft apartment. Only took about four hours and she was very thorough. Five stars!

Great... if you don’t actually need a deep clean. We paid extra for a “deep clean” before the holidays and got anything but. Despite confirming with Hannah that this option would cover problem areas (oven, inside cabinets, behind radiators, and a shower stain) none of those were touched. Arrival time changed twice, then the cleaner showed up and additional 90 minutes late, finishing when I couldn’t do a walkthrough. I trusted the initial instructions were clear. Wrong. The house looked fine, except for everything we specifically requested. Their “compensation”? A partial refund that didn’t even cover the price difference between a deep and regular clean, and no ability to fix the job. Misunderstanding or not, this is unacceptable from a company with such glowing reviews.

I booked cleaning services at an agreed-upon price, but at the very last minute, while the cleaners were already in my home, the price was suddenly doubled. I was told the original price didn’t include removing trash or Amazon boxes, even though none of that was mentioned upfront.

I then noticed an unauthorized charge, so I asked for an invoice to be mailed. Instead, I came home with my significant other and heard the front door open and close. When we checked our camera, we saw someone entered our home without permission just to place an invoice on the table. They literally walked right in. I had no choice but to file a police report.

This experience was completely unprofessional, deceptive, and unsafe. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

SOMEONE ENTERED MY HOME AND PLACED THE INVOICES ON THE TABLE AND SLAMMED THE DOOR WHILE WE WERE IN THE ROOM. SECURITY Cameras caught you!!!! You’re on the elevator camera as well are you dumb? We thought it was the wind until we saw the invoices !!! DISGUSTING LIARS

Great cleaning service. Would’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for some minor communication issues, but at the end of the day they did a great job cleaning our apartment before we moved out. Would recommend using them for your next cleaning!
