We hired Molly Maid of Arlington and Alexandria when we were moving out of a rental house in Arlington and wow did they make the place sparkle! We wish we would have hired them sooner to routinely clean. The cleaning crew was detail-oriented, courteous, and went above and beyond. Management was easy to work with and takes credit cards. Highly recommend Molly Maid of Arlington and Alexandria.

Team 6: Blanca, Ana, and Zoisly did an amazing job. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did in my apartment. It smells so good and it’s clean. It’s so helpful to have this form of cleaning support.

While the cleaners did well i did expect a “deep clean”. It was a basic clean and the office staff are so rude. I called to confirm and provide detail for them to get in the building. They kept sending me to voicemail and then i had to use my work cell and they immediately picked up. Gave info on how to get in and still was called while actively in a meeting on how to get in. Which means not cleaning staff but whomever is in the office isn't doing their job. Never gave a quote and randomly tried to charge me on a Tuesday when the cleaning was done on a Thursday. Initially stated it was a 3 hour clean when it definitely wasn't and corrected themselves to say an hour and a half…i have a studio so saying 3 hours was ridiculous. Mind you a whole room was cut off from cleaning for my pets so they cleaned less than 350sq ft and I was charged nearly $300. I wont use Molly Maids again this was unnecessarily stressful dealing with the office and there’s a need for proper customer service.

I recently hired Molly Maid for a move-out cleaning, and team 6 did an absolutely amazing job! From the moment I booked the service, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team arrived right on time, came fully prepared, and worked efficiently from start to finish.
They paid close attention to every detail — the kitchen appliances looked brand new, the bathrooms were spotless, and even the baseboards and window sills were sparkling. I could tell they really cared about doing a thorough job, not just rushing through it.
