Shiny Carpet was not able to remove the stains on my carpet that I had hired them to remove. The technician was very nice and customer-service focused, but when moving our dining room table, he hit the trim on the wall and took a chunk out of it. While he did paint over it, the hole needs to be filled.

Great guys great stuff. Got my whole house carpet steam cleaned. Very impressive. The carpet is super clean now and smells nice. They offer very competitive price.

We had never used a carpet cleaning service before so didn’t know what to expect but this company went above and beyond to get our rental move out ready! Douglas really did an amazing job taking care of our carpets across the home and was communicative throughout the process! 10/10 would recommend!

The customer service was very good. I might have had too high of expectations for the carpet cleaning especially for the price. In the future I will clean the carpet myself. But if you need light cleaning and can afford the price, then this is a nice company for the service and quick response. I wish they had vacuumed before cleaning the carpet since my biggest concern was all the dust from painting and wood work. If they had told me before hand that they needed the carpet actually vacuumed and cleaned before they come , I would have hired a house cleaner prior to carpet cleaning. But then I probably would have just rented or used my own carpet cleaner or get the carpet cleaned. Picture is the 4th time I vacuumed after they cleaned the carpet.

[Update - carpet was picked back up and re-cleaned. The excuse the gentlemen who picked up the carpet the second time was that “they must have walked on the carpet after it was cleaned, and that’s where the leaves and sticks came from.” C’mon man. Just admit it didn’t get cleaned and correct your mistake. The gaslighting is unwelcome. Will be taking my next rug to be cleaned elsewhere.]

Carpet was picked up, gone a week, and dropped off without cleaning. $320 down the drain. It was returned with sticks and leaves inside like someone just left it outside for a week! Plus the manager won’t call me back. Zero stars. Will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Second time using Shiny Carpet and as before they did a great job. They are easy to book and always go the extra mile to provide the best customer service. I had to reschedule last minute and they easily accommodated me. In fact they even responded to my text after hours. I would 💯 recommend them.
