I've used Green Mop for probably over a decade. They are amazing. It is always easy to schedule. They'll give you a time window the day before. Their staff really makes sure the areas are clean. When they leave, it just feels so good to have a clean house. I've got two kids and the cleaners are such a big help!!

We had Dryers & Dragons come to our home in Arlington because our dryer is not doing its job properly. It takes too long before it can fully dry our laundry. Their dryer vent cleaning is highly recommended! They were able to fix our machine faster than expected.

I called around a couple companies, Stanley Steamer was over priced, there’s another company I called that had more 5 star reviews but they didn’t even answer the phone and expected me to call them back half an hour later, lead me to an online account to book an appointment…This company!! Damn they answered the phone right away, booked me and had a decent price! They had William come through with his big machine, he let me know that the general cleaning was not going to do the work and offered an additional cost to do a deeper stain removal but I asked him to try anyway! He said he’s going to do it anyway and do his best! After cleaning it, turns out he got all the stains out! My carpet looks like it’s never been used it’s crazy! He even through in a free deodorizer. I give William 5 Stars and will be calling this company back to clean a carpet in a basement in Woodbridge, I’ll be requesting William. He was very professional, he had a few jokes and made me laugh! It’s like he was a good friend, he was truly relatable, it was on a personal level and I felt that. He waited to make sure we were leaving the house before he turned on the machine because of my new born baby. He waited patiently as a I changed her diaper before using the tub to fill his machine up with water. He was not pushy on doing extra cleanings and gave the general cleaning a try and actually did what he said he would without the extra cost! I truly appreciate his hard work and the great customer service him and this company provides all the way from the dispatcher that helped me set up an appointment. They should get a promotion/extra pay.

Used Shiny Carper Cleaning today. Douglas was my technician and was great. He was able to get out persistent stains, was in and out in an hour and the carpet looks just like new. Highly recommend Douglas!

I had a great experience with Shiny Carpet Cleaning.
Although my carpets had been cleaned by Shiny Carpet Cleaning service, the tenant did not have the stairs done or the odor control or deodorizer, which I preferred since it is a rental property. I needed fast service and they were able to send a representative, William Hobbs, to clean my carpets again the same day I called. Will was very courteous, knew exactly what he was doing and did it quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend using Shiny Carpet Cleaning service. They aim to please the customer, and I was pleased.

William did a deep clean of an area and hallway runner for us- quick, friendly, professional and great service. I would definitely recommend!

Shiny Carpet Cleaning just finished cleaning the carpets in the basement and Denys did Such an excellent job. He was quick, efficient, and the carpets look like brand new. He got out some really old (and gross) pet stains and removed all of the odor (we have three dogs!) and it feels like a brand new space. I highly recommend Shiny Carpet Cleaning and their services and I'm thankful for their work in my home.

We have three puppies who destroyed our carpet downstairs and upstairs with pee stains and odor. The smell was so bad we decided to call the first carpet cleaning service on Google with decent reviews. I left them a message and within the same hour received a call back. Customer service was 10/10 and Denys Rivera did a fantastic Job with cleaning every single spot on the carpet. It has been a day and the stain and odor is completely gone! We also had very old spots from the previous owners, and I am unable to see the stains on the carpet. They were also extremely friendly, with great customer service skills and gave us a discount as well. Highly recommend and will continue to use their services again.
