I had two area rugs serviced. I pointed out the corners were still dirty and the tech didn’t even bother to do a pass or at least try to clean the corners. Also I asked if he should put a plastic to protect my floors bc the other rug is thin. My floor was soaked in liquid after the service.

Very professional! The gentleman came here to do my rugs but said he would do my furniture also. It is an extra charge however well worth it. He scotch guarded the carpets and sofa.

I have dogs and cats and was very afraid the stains wouldn’t come up but they did! Feels nice to have clean carpets!

Anderson did a great job cleaning my wool area rug and sectional sofa. I live in a condo building without an elevator and he was able to run a hose from his truck through my unit balcony . My communication with Prince via text was excellent and he was able to arrange same day service. I highly recommend Shiny and would use them again.

What a professional team! Communicated each step of the way. Tech assured me he could wash the carpet and did so, but let me know the issue was under the carpet. I live in an apartment and had a toilet leak weeks back, and apparently the flooring had been damaged. I kept thinking it was the carpet that was smelling. Thanks to his advice, the apartment contractors came and lifted the carpet, and sure enough, the padding and flooring was damaged and had to be repaired. Finally, the smell is gone, and I can breathe again. I'm so grateful!

The scheduling process was smooth and easy. We received an email notification confirmation with the arrival date and time.
The day of, a text message was received with additional details that include a photo of the technician. I thought that was perfect and reassuring of professional service, especially since I could not be home and only my wife was there to receive the technician. I did follow up on an ETA and was assured he would be arriving in the next few minutes, which he did.

The cleaning was quick, and the results were acceptable. We only needed regular cleaning, nothing over the top.
I would feel very comfortable using Shiny Carpet Cleaning again.
The price for two area rugs and a hallway runner was fair.

Prince and his team were exceptional. They provided expert advice on the stains I had, set clear/realistic expectations for the service, and exceeded those.

A true example of business conduct and professionalism. After my initial call everything was done timely and with perfect execution. I was called by the shiny team for confirmation on the job and I didn’t have to chase around someone as they followed up on their end. I really enjoyed my service and plan to use shiny for my next yearly cleaning.

Douglas was the best! I have never hired professional carpet cleaners before, but it was being required as a part of my move-out process. I signed up for the 12-4pm arrival window and he called about half an hour before arriving (as requested) and was able to start right at 12. He was so patient and informative, and talked me through everything he would be doing and other. He was done in around 2 hours and was also able to remove a large stain (pictured) that was actually left by a previous tenant which we were not able to remove ourselves. Overall, it was a very smooth experience. Thank you, Douglas!!
