I became a regular client about a year ago when needed a last minute next day cleaning and was surprised by the quality of the service and the responsive customer service.
My house is always spotless after the service and the office management is super helpful with all the ETA calls and when I need something specific to be done - like when the laundry needs to be folded or the fridge needs to be cleaned.
I can’t recommend them enough! Already got all of my family members who live in the area to try them out and no one has ever had a problem.

My family of five plus 2 cats is a hot mess. The Green Mop team has tackled some very tough cleaning jobs for me over the years and always leaves my home looking and smelling great. I love that they use kid and pet friendly cleaning supplies. I was skeptical that these more natural ingredients would conquer my frightening bathrooms, but the Gmoppers do a great job there. I am sometimes home when they clean and sometimes away. They often send the same team and over the years different people have cleaned. I researched the company a bit before I used them and felt the owner worthty of trust and confidence. I usually make a deposit in advance but sometimes have them invoice me afterwards. I had no concern over the initial deposit. Since I am a regular, if I overpay we just apply it to the next cleaning. I find all of the Green Mop cleaners are very organized and efficient in their approach. Two or sometimes three cleaners move through my house quickly picking up, dusting, removing sofa and chair cushions and vacuuming beneath the cushions and furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors and leaving kitchen and bathrooms sparkling. They also take out the trash and recycling. I started as an occasional customer with some rooms way too messy to have them clean. This year I decided to have the Green Mop come every 2 weeks. I am delighted with their service. I might move to weekly as it is so amazing to have my home clean! The office team promptly returns my emails and calls when I need to reach them for scheduling or to ask to focus on a special project such as the refrigerator. They have always fit me in with a couple days notice when I have last minute company. They also follow up on notes in their files concerning my picky preferences, which I appreciate. I highly recommend.

I periodically rely upon The Green Mop for light tidying up but due to the pandemic, I didn't make any appointments with them for nearly a year. But I wanted an overall cleaning and always appreciated the professionalism of Green Mop staff. I was very satisfied with today's service, and have recommended them to friends and family.

I've employed Green Mop since 2008 (wow!). I picked them initially because they use environment friendly cleaning products. And I have stayed with them because they are great cleaners, great people, and great managers! They are very flexible with timing issues. They work a general instruction list I set up, and can easily take changes as needed. They are fast and thorough with excellent quality and value. You won't be disappointed.

Be sure to keep in mind that (see below), that if you hire this company and don't give 5-star review, they will respond to your review with false statements and belittling comments. Maybe try a different company that's a little more professional?

Original review: The floors were not very well cleaned. Otherwise the cleaning was fine. I would be hesitant to recommend this company for one-time comprehensive move-in or move-out cleanings, but for routine cleanings where they have an opportunity to work on areas they may have missed the first time the company may be fine. Although they offered to come back another day to clean the floor free-of-charge, because this was a pre-move-in cleaning that would have been too late. They also refused to come back later that same day to complete the floor cleaning, which would have resolved the issue. The company might respond to this review in protest like they do with other reviews, telling me it's my fault, my expectations are too high, or that I don't understand how sweeping and mopping work (which has been a lot of their feedback to me so far), but my experience was what it was and I have had significantly better cleaning experiences with other companies.

My response to the below comment: You know very well per the photo I showed you that it wasn't that the paper towel I used wasn't "spotless", it was that it was covered in dirt. Also, I have reduced from 3 to 1 stars because I think an important part of the customer experience is not being belittled by and lied about by the company via the internet.

I have been using green mop for 8 years. They have always done a fabulous job. They are also good about rescheduling if you let them know in advance. My last clean they gave me 3 cleaners for the price of 2 due. I came home and they had done an even more amazing job. I can't speak highly enough of them.

The Green Mop has been cleaning my home for over 8 years. They are always reliable and flexible about scheduling. They keep my home looking great. I've welcomed them back with new cleaning protocols and masks to continue cleaning now that things are re-opening. It's good to have them back!

We have been using Green Mop for approx 10 years now with weekly cleaning for our townhouse. They are very responsive to our needs, we added in dishwasher unloading and laundry folding a few years in and it makes such a huge difference in our household management. They are very accommodating when I need to change our regular date, they are always on time, very friendly, they know my toddler and interact with him and he thinks it's fun to watch the vaccuuming! We also appreciate the environmentally friendly products they use. Whenever someone asks me for a recommendation, I always highly recommend Green Mop!

We have been using The Green Mop for multiple years now for our two bedroom condo and have been extremely happy with their work. We appreciate the eco-friendly products they use and the quality of the cleaning, occasionally taking on extra work when asked . As with all service relationships, sometimes things don't go as planned -either from their side or ours, but every time The green Mop has stepped up to the plate to find a solution or accommodate us. Their support staff is incredible responsive and flexible. I wish all our service providers has such high customer experience standards.

The Green Mop has been cleaning my house since 2007. They do a thorough job of it - way better than I would! It’s a joy to come home to a clean house. They are very responsive, easy to schedule, and trustworthy. Over the last 12 years I’ve only had 2 minor problems (both over 8 years ago) - in one case something was broken - they reimbursed me for it immediately, and in the other case something did not get cleaned - they sent a crew to make it right right away. Both the management and staff are top quality - I’ve never even considered switching companies. Love the Green Mop!

Really good experience with The Green Mop. Chose them because of the safe cleaning products they use - but I was incredibly impressed with the responsiveness. My emails were returned almost immediately. The cleaning went as scheduled, I received a call with a question, and we came home to a nice, clean house. We plan to use them in the future and would definitely recommend!

I used them for the first time for a deep cleaning of my bathrooms and kitchen. They were on time and their central office was in communication with me as they tried to find my place.
What I really liked about them was they asked me to review all their work, and to make sure it was what I expected. And I was happy to see they scrubbed the bathtub and the shower stall and cleaned behind the toilets.
They even scrubbed the little mold stain behind my kitchen sink.
They got to all the surfaces dusting and wiping down. And they helped organize a little. Would definitely use this company again.

We’ve used Green mop for over a decade and they’re absolutely wonderful! They’re very flexible if you need to reschedule and the cleaning crews are friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Was disappointed.
I mentioned to the reception that I had two doctors appointments in the morning and she agreed for an evening cleaning appointment to accommodate. I came home from my first appointment very early to see that the cleaning girls were waiting outside my home in the heat. I had received an e-mail that morning while I was at my dr appointment of a morning cleaning time opposite of what I was told. I wasn’t even called to alert me that they were there and waiting despite that they were both holding cell phones.
On top of this everyone I told what rooms to clean, (receptionist and cleaners) completely disregarded the information. Cleaners actively opened rooms -I had shut- to clean them. Scented cleaners were defiantly used as my upstairs smelled strongly (like my deceased grandmothers perfume strong) for 2 weeks afterwards. Otherwise did a good job cleaning though they did forget to push some furniture back into place after cleaning behind it.
Will defiantly not return to them and look further for a more detail oriented actual green cleaning service.
