Our go-to cleaners for 5+ years. Great customer service and totally reliable. Love to come home after cleaning days to a fresh, not chemical-saturated house.

We wanted a cleaning service, but did not want the chemicals for our toddler to touch and breathe. Green is the way to go and they've always done a great job and been professional.

I would give this One star if I could. because i was there new customer, they told me I have to pay upfront for the service that they haven't even done yet. I don't know how they manage run there business like this. Honestly I don't know if they are good at what they do or not, but I know never pay for something that you didn't receive. There price that they have me was competitive, but I wouldn't count on the service, since they are holding your money. I found someone else this time. I hate writing reviews like this, but I don't want anyone wasting your time when there are other services that are better .Worst service

Responsive company, and great overall service; we use this company every 3 months to clean our home. Their pricing is fair, and they actually show up within a reasonable timeframe.

Very good (green) cleaning service with a variety of other add-ons. Most important, they are responsive to requests and learn your preferences, something I haven't had much luck with before. A bit more expensive, but worth every penny.

They did a fantastic job! Scheduling was so easy. Super responsive and quick to reply. The cleaning was excellent. They asked what specific things I wanted and spent extra effort there! Everything was very clean, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Start to finish, great customer service and high quality.

I am in real estate and not only do i use Green Mop for all of my properties - i refer them to all clients as well - they are thorough - trustworthy and generally kind hard workers .... they will always come back to make right anything overlooked - happily - they are a joy to work with

Wish I could give them 0 stars. So expensive, such poor work, so much damage to my new house, so unresponsive to our repeated complaints. We hired them to clean our new house just after we moved, especially the windows. They made sure they didn't get much more than the windows done. And they left most of them open and all of them unlocked. They rearranged all of my furniture. They made gouges in my floors and window sills (they claim they were there before and that we agreed. No.) They left scuff marks on freshly painted walls. They did not clean up from washing the windows. I tried repeatedly to get management to come view the damage with no luck. All we get is a chirpy "Sorry about that!" And you approved everything before the cleaners left. And we did no damage. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you not use them. I have registered a complaint with the BBB. If only they had been willing to work with us to fix the problems...

I contacted this company to power wash the siding on the back of my house for a total cost of $250. In response, I received an email asking me to make a deposit of $200. I responded that I was more than happy to pay cash at the time of service delivery, but that I would not pay such a deposit in advance as a first time customer. After a bit of back and forth, I went with another company.

Great customer service. This company is VERY responsive. An email about fees was answered almost immediately. I appreciate that so much. I've been looking for household cleaning help for weeks. Every company I have contacted via their websites/email have been totally unresponsive.

I can't afford this company's services but you should know that they WILL respond quickly and that is good customer service.

We are very happy with our ongoing cleaning services from the Green Mop. They do a great job and regularly request feedback in case there’s any particular thing you would like extra focus on. I recommend them!

Do NOT use this company. We had our place touched up (swap bedding, clean bathroom, take out trash, etc) before guests stayed at our place. They showed up 4+ hours late. They did not follow instructions (didn't change duvet cover or follow instructions on how to get into our building) and on top of that, they ruined one of our rugs after they spilled chemicals on it. Very unprofessional and would not take responsibility for their mistakes after we contacted them. Stay FAR away from this company!

Wow! What a great way to start our biweekly service! Very impressive job and some nice touches around the house from the ladies. Well done! The team lead was paying attention to details and our family loved it. Thanks again for the office making booking so easy within minutes. Can’t wait to see you all next week!

They were thorough, friendly, and flexible with timing. We had a brief window when we could do a cleaning, and they worked with us. I limited the time to 2 hours and asked them to focus on floors and bathrooms, but they went above and beyond and even cleaned the toaster oven!

I have been using The Green Mop for a while now. Across their organization, from management to cleaners, I have found them to be absolutely professional, not to mention friendly. They go out of their way to do a really first-class job in all respects.

It was easy to schedule. They did a thorough job and got through my whole apartment in the allotted 2 hours. They were very friendly, as well. I am very happy with this service, and the fact that they use green-friendly products.

I’ve been a Green Mop client for a year and definitely recommend them to everyone who needs a cleaning service and have kids and/or pets. They use products that are good for the environment and safe for my baby and cats. I’ve tried other local business before, but none compares to the green mop.

We have used Green Mop for move-in clean, move-out clean, and other regular cleaning. They do a fantastic job! More than that they are *incredibly responsive.* If you need one off cleaning or even semi-regular cleaning it is a great call.
