Leads me to believe that if i did hire them for our patio replacement would it be as hard to get them to do the job? Left messages on the answering system with nocall backs. Avanza has been managing my lawn and mulched beds for years. They take excellent care of my delicate flowers just starting to peek out when Spring mulching. The lawn is mowed nicely and they blow off any clippings. It always looks gorgeous when they leave. They are fair and honest. I would highly recommend them.

Avanza landscaping did a wonderful job on our yard. We just moved here from out-of-state and we needed to get our yard cleaned up. They trimmed all our bushes and smaller trees, mowed and took care of our planters. Our yard looks great! It was overwhelming to think I had to do it on my own, so I called in some help…it was not cheap but it was well worth the price.

This is my second year using Avanza in the dunn loring area. They are at my house promptly and in and out. The prices are fair and affordable alone but the timeliness, customer service, and ease of the process really makes their serviced unbeatable. I pay with my credit card and dont have to worry about being home or having cash at the time of services. Once I have a better idea of what I want to do with my yard I will use more of their services because I know they are actually educated about proper lawn care.

Noe is a local guy who understands the local aesthetic and made my yard look so much better than if I had attempted by myself. He’s got a great eye and favors native plants, which thrive in the native climate. He’s really personable, great at bouncing ideas off of, and will give impartial advice. His crew did excellent work.

I recently moved into a townhome with a small garden on the patio that had been overrun by mint and other overgrown plants. I have no gardening experience so I contacted Avanza to help clean it up and plant grass instead. Noe was super nice and knowledgeable, and helped me decide what kind of grass to use that would fit my lifestyle with a dog. It looks amazing now!

As our Homeowners' Association's Grounds Chair, I conducted a competitive evaluation of prospective Landscaping Companies to provide full-service lawn and grounds management.

Out of a dozen landscapers' bids, we selected five for in-person evaluation.

After individual, in-person reviews and discussions with each of the five finalists, I submitted the ranked submissions to the Homeowners' Board. By unanimous decision, Avanza was clearly

It was very easy to schedule an appointment for the company's owner to come out and look at the job. I received a proposal within a couple of days, and they offered me a time frame I could work with. Since I was not available on the day the work was done, they sent me pictures, and waited for the remaining payment until I was able to check it out in person. They did a great job pulling the huge weeds and bamboo, cutting some tree branches, pruning the bushes, uncovering some steps that had gotten covered with dirt, laying new mulch, laying rocks on the path, and doing general cleanup. I got my beautiful yard back! I highly recommend Avanza Landscaping, and plan to have them come back next time I need some work done.
