burgess brothers air duct cleaning was by far one of the best experiences we've had when getting our air ducts cleaned at home. from beginning to end, jacob and donovan were professional, on time, friendly, and made sure to keep everything neat while working. they really know what they're doing when it comes to air duct cleaning, and even helped us by changing a light bulb and replacing a smoke detector battery we hadn’t realized was low in the attic. i would highly recommend this team to anyone needing air duct cleaning services. they did an excellent job!

Jason Hart is great. He is honest and doesn't try to sell you on a new system. He diagnoses the problem and explains the repair and costs. He has responded quickly and had come the same day or even over weekends.

Jason and Jessie came out to my mom's house, on very short notice, during a really long heat wave to fix her AC. They were friendly, professional, and honest. They made the repairs really quickly and I nearly fainted when I saw the bill! I had someone, from a different company (as they don't do a lot of work out in Purcellville where I live) to do virtually identical repairs, and that company charged me nearly three times as much as Harts!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Jason told me they'd been in business for over 16 years and I can see why. In an industry that's known for swindling people these guys are a breath of cool air..pun totally intended.

My main AC unit went out when the temp was getting up to 85-90. They came right out. Got it fixed in five minutes. Talked me through exactly what they thought the problem was and what they were testing for. They could have told me I needed a whole new AC and I would have bought it in a heartbeat. Turned out it was just a capacitor a low on refrigerant.

We have used this company exclusively for the past 2 years to install a new AC unit and also service plumbing issues and installing a sump pump. They are always on time, clean, so friendly, and professional. Professional & on time - We had a Hans Grohe shower mixer that would not cooperate. I called B.L. James for support. They had installed the new water heater in our old DC row house. Within 12 hours, Michael had come to diagnose the problem and found a couple other things we had not noticed. Within 36 hours, we had a plan. Very efficient.
