We purchased our newly renovated home almost exactly one year ago. The HVAC is only a year old. I have an issue that I suspect is HVAC related, and I see this company’s sticker on the HVAC so I gave them a call to see if they would come out and take a look at it. They said they would come and gave me a day and time frame for when they would arrive.

I sat by my front door during the slotted time. After waiting 45 minutes after the window of time they gave me, I messaged them and asked when they would be coming because they were pretty late. I did not think being late was a big deal especially given we live in the DMV. He responded saying a technician came to my home but no one was home. This was a straight lie as I had been sitting my my front door for over an hour waiting for them AND I have 2 highly reactive dogs that bark and whine when anyone even parks in front of my home. I told him this via text message and told him that it was not possible someone approached my home without my knowledge. He never responded to me after that. I also tried calling and no one picked up, so I was ghosted.

I don’t appreciate my valuable time being wasted OR being lied to. The issue with my HVAC is causing major damage to my home and I need a solution ASAP- if they had no intention of helping they could have at the very least communicated that instead of waisting my time.
