The service from Arlington heating and air conditioning is always great. We have an annual contract and get service 2x per year. Technicians are always nice and informative if we have questions.

The folks at Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning always do a thorough and professional job. They have been my first and only call for water heaters and HVAC work for decades and never let me down. Their install teams are very detail oriented and the technicians that do our check-ups and service are consistently outstanding. My guess is that they are not always the lowest cost option, but in terms of value for what you get, I don't think they can be beat. Without reservation I recommend them to friends and family and have always received positive feedback on the quality of their work. These folks take care if their customers.

We called Arlington after a different company diagnosed/possibly caused an issue with our HVAC system, leaving us without AC during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The other company spent a few hours trying to fix it before giving up and attempting to sell us a whole new system. Marlon not only came up with a temporary solution in 30 minutes, but he also returned two more times as we tried to figure out the part that was causing the issue. Over that time, both he and everyone at the company were super responsive and first-class in their professionalism. Highly recommend.

I have used Arlington Heat & AC since 1997 and am a very satisfied and happy customer. Their technicians are friendly, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. This week I had my Spring/Summer service performed by Marlon and he was extremely helpful and efficient (besides very cheerful and friendly). Marlon was neat and respectful of my home. He answered my questions and gave me great advice.
It’s well worth having a service contract with them which is really important when you have major HVAC issues (summer or winter) since the 3 times in 28 years it happened in extreme weather and on weekends. Arlington Heat & AC responded quickly and fixed things quickly.
The customer service staff always answers calls quickly and are extremely pleasant and customer focused. Jessica has helped me a number of occasions and never fails!

EXCELLENT! Summer (2025) checkup, Jerrell fully inspected system, provided some helpful hints for AC efficiency. As always, on time, polite, and knowledgeable.

UPDATE: As expected, excellent winter "check-up." These aren't fly by inspections. Jerrell [super tech, super guy] checked wiring, cleaned switches, drained ports, sanded flame sensor, and more. All to ensure no cold mornings and emergency calls. And kudos to Jessica in the front office. Could not be more pleased. Fully satisfied customer for 13 years.

A+++ rating. Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner and gas furnace. Excellent experience from initial consultation, estimate, and installation. The company explained the pros and cons of different equipment models to enable me to confidently chose equipment that met my efficiency goals at a very competitive price.

The installation was top-notch, neat, and professional. Clearly the installers take pride in their work, and they were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Absolutely outstanding.

I give Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning my highest recommendation.

PS: I've also used Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning for maintenance for ten years. Their service and professionalism can't be beat.

I have been with Arlington heating and air conditioning since the year 2002 so 23 years. They always give first class service and I don’t have any problems in the summer with air conditioning or in the winter with heating because they do the right job of maintaining my heating and air-conditioning units every six months. The maintenance part is so critical and important I can discover problems before they actually appear. I strongly encourage everyone to get that maintenance contract because it pays for itself time and again.

Very Poor Service, and they charged me $159 by sending a Technician to diagnose the issue. Ms. Jessica never informed us of the charges, and it's really disappointing with the service. We fix the same issue by calling another person. So I won't recommend this company for any of your HVAC services in the future.

Our house is heated by a gas boiler, forced-hot water, radiators. Martin arrived on time and performed a yearly maintenance service. Very satisfied with the professionalism & service. Gives one confidence for the coming heating season.

This is a great family owned business. They just installed a new furnace and a/c for me. The work was done quickly and the install was seamless m. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and everyone is lovely to deal with.

Great experience with Arlington HVAC company, Serviced furnace in crawlspace, and was very professional and on time. We use them for air conditioning, maintenance and service as well. Installed our ecobee systems thermostats a few years ago, which we love. Highly recommend!

Curtis arrived on time in bad weather and quickly and efficiently attended to our two-zone system's two outside units and ones in the attic and the basement. He changed the filter, tested all the wiring and pressures, checked the coolant, capacitors and advised on my filter change schedule. Very efficient and complete. Well done.

They have fantastic regular service, usually solve problems with minimal cost and have installed two new units for us including one that required a Herculean effort of new ductwork in a 100 year old house.
