100% recommend and will use again. I'm in the process of buying a house and asked HVAC to come check out my system per home inspection suggestion. They came out the next day and said my HVAC was fine and even gave me recommendations I could do myself on the house. Really appreciated not being up charged especially being a first time home owner and not an expert in this field. If my HVAC ever needs replacing I will be calling HVAC Replacement Arlington!

I've been using Arlington Heating and Air conditioner for over two decades. They are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. I've had many technicians over the years. All of them have been excellent. We now have Martin and he's a delightful young man and very skillful.

We are 34 year customers of Arl Heat & Cooling, having had them replace our furnace, air conditioner unit, and hot water heater. We have twice-yearly-visit AC and furnace service contract to that ensure the systems run efficiently. The service techs are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and take care to keep our home clean when they are here. The prices are fair and the equipment is high quality. Office staff are always pleasant and helpful and work to get techs out asap when there is an emergency (such as the no hot water issue when the heater needed a replacement at the end of its life). We recommend this company without reservation!

We've used Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning for about 10 years now and they've replaced our AC and furnace. We've been very happy with the quality of their work and responsiveness. We're also signed up for the semi-annual maintenance and Curtis (great guy) is usually out to ensure that everything is working properly. Whenever I contact the office (Jessica/Jennifer) they are very helpful in getting things booked/resolved. I highly recommend them.

They were not the lowest price, but they gave good technical advice on the new design. Those traits have not changed - they are still providing great advice!

We’ve worked with Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning since 2019 and enjoy their service. Their schedulers are helpful and their technicians are knowledgeable (I often have a lot of questions). Jarrell was our most recent technician—he was efficient and effective! We have a yearly contract with twice a year service (& various perks) & it provides great peace of mind that we are keeping up with maintenance and preventing issues.

The whole team has been awesome to work with. I've had them do maintenance on my existing system and move some ductwork for me. Always helpful when I call and very patient with all my questions. They'll be my first call for all my HVAC needs!

I am a new customer, and very happy I reached out to this company. Another large company said that I needed either thousands of $ worth of money to repair my current system or consider a new system, although their visit was for maintenance
and not an issue...AC working fine.

The technician (Richard) said everything looked fine and did not recommend any repairs or replacement. I had requested they also send someone to quote a new system, just in case. Peter came out, and was very patient in explaining various things to consider if I did need replacement. Both men were very helpful.

I have signed a maintenance agreement with this company and feel very comfortable and secure in knowing they are honest and their technicians do not work on a commission basis...something they warned me about with some other companies.

In an HVAC industry that has become almost entirely focused on selling new systems, Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning is a breath of fresh air. Their technician, Marlon, diagnosed the problem with my 15 year old Rheem system and completed the repair in 30 minutes at a very fair price. He was not only capable and efficient but also a pleasure to work with. Within 24 hours of my air conditioning system going down on a Sunday it was up and running, and in the middle of a heat wave no less! That's what I call old fashioned service. We have been customers of Arlington Heating for system maintenance for over 20 years and have been very well served. We also bought our repalcement furnace from them and had them expand our previously inadequate (1980's design) ductwork. Their service personnel have always been friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They show up on time, and clean up thoroughly when the work is finished. I have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and relatives.

Stanley was the technician and did a great job. He was courteous and thorough. He was also informative recommending a more efficient filter. Scheduling with the company was easy and they kept me informed. They are a welcome change from the prior company I was using.

We have been customers close to 20 years. Recently we had to replace our HVAC, hot water heater, and furnace. The old system was pushing 20 years and has been maintained by Arlington heating and air conditioning twice a year, so it was no surprise when we had to finally replace the system. We did our due diligence and got estimates from other companies and decided to continue with these guys. Their estimate was not the highest, not the lowest, it was in the middle and the quality of the product was very good. Peter who did the estimate was knowledgeable and personable, not a high pressure salesman . Our tech, Michael, and the other tech were extraordinary! They were professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my property. Finally, Jessica and Caitlin who are the front line of the company always provide high quality, customer service and they are pleasant and responsive. Looking forward to getting another 20 years from our new system!
