Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning installed our whole home ventilation and dehumidification system in 2017. The house is Arlington 'Green Home Choice' Platinum certified and the system is a critical componant of that. Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning have done an excellent job of maintaining the system ever since. They always do a fantastic job and reduce repair costs through their careful service. Recommended.

I'm pretty sure Richard has been here over the years, so he was familiar with our systems. I was able to conduct my work, while he conducted his inspection. He came to me when he was completed and explained what he found and that he replaced the air filters. I was completely happy with his visit.

I started using this company in 1999. They have been consistently reliable in all aspects of HVAC work. In the combination of the two homes I have had, they have moved gas pipes, installed heaters and air conditioning units, added returns to improve air flow, and on one check up, fixed a large duct that had developed a leak. Their turnover of technicians and service desk is low and, for me, that is a sign of a solid company; however, their punctuality, reliability, and service are more than just signs of a good company. I recommend you try them.

I have been with Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning for several years. This includes purchasing furnaces for two different residences. I always receive friendly, trustworthy, and professional help. Their personal touch is a wonderful change from the computer generated service to which others have turned.

My wife and I have been using Arlington Heating for years now as our HOA requires regular HVAC inspections and dryer vent cleanings. Itʼs incredibly easy to schedule with them, they are super responsive, and their technicians are always on time and very friendly. 100% recommend!

Arlington Heating and AC has always been good about seasonal checkups and this fall's was no exception. Richard showed up in the scheduled window and called before he arrived. He was thorough, yet efficient with his time and mine, and left things clean and tidy. He answered the few questions that I had and was generally personable throughout. Thanks to all.

They do twice-annual maintenance check ins and have helped with system issues. Never had any sort of issue with scheduling, technical knowledge, or professionalism.

We have used Arlington Heating for many years and always request a particular technician who we like, trust and is thorough. He has been so reliable and really knows our system. I really like Arlington Heating since it is a local company and, unlike the big chains, are not always trying to upsell and push additional products or services. You're not just talking to an 800 number getting a different person every time or talking to someone in another country. Arlington is local and knows the neighborhoods.

used them for emergency heat repair. (used to have a contract with the other big guy who promised if you can't, we can - but they didn't which is terrible). of course signed up for a yearly maintenance contract (and it was less expensive than the big guys price). great local company. would recommend for anyone that wants real people and real service (instead of a call center with people who don't care you don't have heat in the winter)

We have been dealing Arlington Heathing and Air Conditioning for nearly fifty years and have never been tempted to go elsewhere--why should we when they are the best. Recently, Stanley did an outstanding job doing our fall check. He was very thorough and gave us an in depth review of everything he did. He also did a service for our new neighbors, and they were very impressed. Another happy customer for Arlington H&A/C.

I have been contracting HVAC services with Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for about 17 years now, and have been very satisfied with their service. Last Spring Richard did my A/C inspection and last week Stanley did my heating inspection, both young men (had not met them previously) but found them to be very knowledgeable and they both provided clear explanations as to what they were looking at and explanations of the results of their inspections. I am glad to have my HVAC contract with Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning, and have no reservation about recommending this company.

We especially like having their top notch technician, Curtis doing work for us. He is friendly, pleasant, always leaves our house in perfect condition and is truly a top HVAC expert.

Dissatisfied with the service. Being billed $225 for cleaning and flushing the AC drain with water (this does not include the initial dispatch and evaluation cost) seems excessively high. More concerning is the lack of communication throughout the process. When I call a company to do work in my rental property, I am usually contacted after the initial evaluation to give permission to proceed. However, in this instance I was completely bypassed and my tenant did not know the charge either. You need to let people know what you are charging for something before you do the job and also need to get approval.

Lee and David, Perry Aire Services, arrived early, took care of business and were extremely easy to deal with. They had a very professional demeanor and represent Perry Aire very well.

The technician came to our house is very professional. He knows how to fix everything, even my antique style shower, and I am looking forward to his back to finish the project.

Lee did an excellent job diagnosing why my heated floor was not heating. He fixed the problem and tested the system to make sure it was working correctly. Lee is highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I would hire Perry Aire again.

TL;DR: I was fleeced out of $95. I paid for a technician to listen to the outdoor unit. He failed to take any system measurements, and, not surprisingly, misdiagnosed the problem.

Can I please get a refund?

The technician listened to the system and didn't take pressure and temperature readings. I paid $95 for this 'divination' and was told the system was definitely low on refrigerant and I'd receive a quote for a leak check and future steps.

Adding to my dissatisfaction, I never received an invoice, which has caused me inconvenience and uncertainty about the status of my service request.

I had another technician over today and paid $110 for a real diagnostic that involved the technical measuring of the system. Low refrigerant was not my issue; there was an obstruction of airflow.

I have an old house, so I'm in the habit of collecting contractor information, whether by mail, word of mouth or otherwise. I saw a Perry Aire vehicle around the neighborhood (Marketing teams: vehicle graphics work!!!) and took down the info. When I had several issues in the house that needed different skillsets -- plumbing, electrical, etc -- I called them because they seemed to do it all. I don't regret it one bit. Robin "Coop" Cooper came to the rescue, diagnosed the problem in each of my issues almost immediately and got to work. He was pleasant, professional, gave me tips for ongoing little stuff to help take care of things...he was just a great dude. I want to take him fishing and hear more stories! But I would undoubtedly do business with Perry Aire again. Everyone from their office personnel were responsive and professional as well and Robin did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Perry Aire quickly replaced our HVAC system and worked well with our home warranty company to ensure new equipment was purchased and installed before the arrival of the summer heat. We appreciated the detailed communication, from the on-site installation team, the project manager, and other supporting team members. Our new system has performed up to our standards, which is a credit to the installation performed by Perry Aire.
