LOVE Perry Aire. We have used them for years. Brendon is always professional and pays attention to detail. He not only turns off the water to our fountain but cleans it and makes sure lighting is still in n tact.

I’ve always received great service from Perry Aire over the years. For tough issues they figure it out. They also have expertise with my heating system ( floor radiant) which is not easy to find.

Perry Aire tried to scam me by telling me my refrigerant was out in my 7 year old AC and telling me I needed a repair or replacement. My system was still functioning and putting out cold air so I got a gut feeling they were trying to scam me. Another HVAC company just came out and confirmed the system is functioning fine and that Perry Aire was trying to scam me. Don’t fall for their trap!

Brendon, Robin, and two others from Perry Aire Services provided excellent service and did a superb job solving a tricky problem with my hot water heater. They followed up with testing to insure that the problem was solved, and I was not charged for this follow-up. I could not be more pleased. All were courteous, on-time, and very professional.

I have used Perry Aire in the past, for plumbing and HVAC services, and they have always been terrific. I recommend them without reservation.

Perry Aire was a great company to do business with, they showed up the same day and Ryan was a professional tech who worked until 9pm to get our heat working. Call them, you’ll be glad you did!

I have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years and Perry Aire has been the best by far. They have made improvements to my system including whole house humidifier, expanded my heating system and repaired and serviced my equipment. Nelson, our current technician is very knowledgeable and personable and I feel that I am in very good hands and that has not been the case with many providers I have dealt with. I consider myself very fortunate that I found Perry Aire Services and expect to be a customer for many years.

Perry Aire is awesome. They installed HVAC systems for us in 2 homes. They have responded for ountless emergency repairs over the years to include a Hot Water Heater. They have always worked wonderfully with my tenants and have been very accommodating to our family schedule. Highly recommend.

John, The technician, sent us a text, confirming his appointment, which also had a picture of himself. This was nice so we knew who to expect. He was very efficient and professional once he started dealing with our issue issues.

I’ve been a Perry Aire customer for 3 years and have been happy with all the technicians that have been sent out, but Brad is top notch! He was super personable, knowledgeable, honest and offered great advice! He also kept me in the loop on his ETA with calls and texts, which was super helpful and allowed me to run errands close by while waiting for him to arrive. PerryAire has provided me quality service on a couple of occasions. This time B. R. provided professional, quality repairs for my faucets, toilets and feed lines. He had everything that was needed, explained the repairs, and demonstrated the fixes. He was timely, worked quickly, and left every area as clean as when he arrived. Payment was processed on site and invoice provided instantly via email. I am very pleased with this service! Excellent work!

We love the enthusiasm, professionalism & knowledge backed by years if experience. We have used Perry for years in the Northern Va & Fredericksburg Va ares for our business and personal properties.

The technician was friendly. I am still wrapping my head around a rate of 300 per hour and stated the problem was the flapper in the toilet. He did snake and left dirty hand prints and scratch the toilet a good bit. I am sure he would have cleaned up after if I would have pressed him. Scratches I guess is just part of work.

Less likely to call a plumber for the expense. I spent 450 dollars to diagnose a flapper issue and not even replace it.

I’ve been using Perry Aire for the past 15 years. They are great to work with a fairly priced. They recently came out within 24 hrs to fix a non-working a/c unit in the heat of the summer. Highly recommend.

I would hire this company again & again.

My appointment was for 8am-12 they got here at 4:30pm. So I waited on them literally all day. I was told it would be a 95.00 dispatch charge to come out and diagnose my hvac problem, they just gave me a bill for 295.00 without any repair approvals because they did no actual repair work they powered off my thermostat and it reset and the system worked. Repair man was at my house for 30 minutes most of which was used to make up the bogus invoice.
Edit: Steve from Perry aire called me a couple hours after leaving this review and offer to refund the 95.00 dispatch fee if I removed this review. I informed him that the 95.00 wasn’t the problem I approved that price and the problem was the 200.00 and asked if he could explain how the tech came up with that charge. He said he read the invoice and it’s even confusing for him. We talked for a while longer and he said he will make it right but will have to call me back the next day to do so. It’s a week later now and still no call back and no refund. From what I can tell this is business as usually for them.

What a professional, classy service provider! We had an emergency boiler problem over a weekend and Perry Aire immediately responded and provided the needed service. Their staff is professional, extremely qualified, prompt, and service oriented. Outstanding communications with their clients! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! A total 5 star company.

I hired them to fix my disconnected ducts with gaps between the ducts and registers. They up-sold me a dynamic air filter for $1000. They made a work order for me which did not include fixing ducts and registered. I asked them to add it to the work order and they said no need they will take care of it. They came to my house 5 times. One of those times their worker insisted that I pay and that the work was complete. I was not home to check. I paid. When I got home the work wasn't done. In fact he had un-done the work the previous worker did. Now I paid more than $3000 and I still have ducts that are disconnected and registers that can't be screwed into the wall, because there are no screw holes for them. They refuse to complete the work because they say the work on the work order is complete. First of all, it's not complete, because the dynamic air filter is not working. Second of all, what about the job I hired them for? That's not done.

After researching many hvac & plumbing companies, I was fortunate to find Perry Aire to service my radiant floor heating. Brendon provide excellent service and took the time to explain what he was doing. He brought the necessary tools that included a thermal infrared camera to view the heat in the floors, and I'm more than satisfied with the results!

When the company that installed my Knight boiler sold out to a company your hear on the radio and TV, who then left me hanging in the cold because they didn't know how to work on my system, Perry Aire bailed me out. So when my A/C went out, I called them for a heat pump. It was a complicated install but Perry Aire staff, especially Ray Cantu, stuck with it and got it right. Very happy.

You can hire these folks with confidence. Unlike many companies out there, the name on the truck is actually "in the house" and he will stand behind the work. That's harder to find than it should be. Here it is.

I’m replacing my gas furnace which I purchased a Perry Aire predecessor some 10 years ago. I have been particularly pleased with it, but it finally wore out. I replaced it with a new gas furnace from Perry Aire and am particularly pleased with it as well.
The technicians who installed it, Brendan and Ryan, were well trained and very professional. I would unreservedly recommend Perry Aire and its staff for any air conditioning or plumbing installation.
