Good luck getting a response from these people. We were referred to them by Mercedes of Midlothian and we have shared our experience, or lack there of, with them. Hopefully Mercedes will find another electrician to refer their clients to.

Terrible drivers and terrible service

It’s a shame that you hire people that are inconsiderate and rude and will flip off people for no reason. Van number 85 cuts us off and then Flips us the bird for honking when he nearly causes an accident. Terrible company if you ask me.

David in the Service department is always on top of scheduling and getting techs out when he says they will be there.
Techs are knowledgeable, friendly and get the job done!

I have no idea if they are a good contractor or not. But if one judges a company by how they take care of their equipment and train their drivers.. I would have to say, poorly.

Only one working headlight and apparently no working turn signals... the driver of #95 kept cutting me off in traffic on the road between Fredericksburg and Ashland. If you live and work in this area and you see a Tolley truck.. get the hell away from it.. dude cut me off just as I was passing him, multiple times.. I was driving a 77k lb semi truck.. he had more than enuf time, each time (total of 3) to put a signal on and signal before turning.. didn't happen

He waited until I was almost bumper to bumper with him... first time I let it go.. i have a number on my truck too.. after the 3rd time, I tried calling the office.. that was a waste of time.. here's hoping someone will pay attention to this review... train your drivers better and take better care of your equipment.

Reckless driving employee. Would never hire them to do any work. Just so happens I was on my way home to call an electrician when this guy cut me off at the intersection of Atlee Station Rd. and Sliding Hill Rd.

They did the electric and lighting in my townhouse in Mosaic at West Creek. My lights are filled with bugs. When contacted by the construction company they refused to do anything about it!!

It is refreshing to work with a contractor who knows what it takes to truly be professional.

I described my problem. C. R. Phillips scheduled a time convenient for me, showed up on time, clearly knew what they were doing, offered options I hadn't considered, completed the work and asked questions to ensure they satisfied my expectations.

I will recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical services.

Initially, handling the scheduling went ok. I had a guy to come out to assess what needed to be done and sent an estimate. When 3 entirely different workers came out to do the project, they had a whole different plan rather than what was discussed and confirmed. They wanted to drill holes all in the ceiling and walls for an outdoor porch project. When speaking with the owner regarding this, he stated that the worker always tell people that he wasn't given any details. Ok, really!! Also, he mentioned that a different worker was supposed to come but had to go back and correct a mistake on a previous house. He had the ordasity to ask if I wanted to schedule him. I think NOT. Why would you tell a new customer that and why would you bad mouth your own employees to the customer. Poor management and unprofessional!!

Paul came by to do some work for our 11 month warranty on our new home. He did an excellent job, was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Stay away from this company! They can’t even mount a light box properly to a house. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed of this kind of work. Brand new house and they mounted everything from scratch. I could of hired someone with no electrical experience for this type of work.
