The installer was great. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I had an EV outlet installed. We discussed the best option for placement. He was there on time and installed in around an hour. Super great guy. I would definitely recommend.

Small residential job, but not treated as such. Placed on the schedule but also given standby status. Andrew called with an opening that we could accommodate. The crew arrived within 30 minutes. An estimate was created and accepted and the job was completed that afternoon. This is the second time that we have used Smartwire and have been pleased with their customer service and the outcome on both occasions.

I recently had an EV charger installed by Smartwire . They gave advice to reduce cost , showed up on time and did an excellent job, leaving the scene very clean. The cost was very reasonable. The technician Ethan was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommended.

The service was great. The technician, AJ Burton, was punctual, efficient, and proficient in his work. We had nice conversation as he meticulously went through the process of ensuring our disposal was properly wired and receiving the required power supply.

Bubba and technician arrived on time. I was having trouble with my smart tv/wifi and installed an ethernet cable thru my walls and connected to TV. Very courteous and cleaned up when they were done. Would use them again. Smartwire has excellent techs and now have a faster smart tv.

Half our kitchen wasn't working due to one of the outlets melting a circuit but it wasn't obvious or easy to find ourselves. These guys found it in like 5 minutes! They also installed a drop in the garage for our second fridge. Did a couple other small outlet repairs as well. They were fast, straightforward and did great work. Will use again!

Thank you as I was so frustrated my refrigerator was not working and half of the kitchen. Amazing job and on time - early even. I coordinated with the team as I walk to work they were ok with calling me 20 minutes prior to arrival. As it turns out the receptacle was burnt. Scary but fixed quickly.

My electrician, AJ, went above and beyond. He created a psychologically safe atmosphere, which I really appreciated. (As a female, some men do not do well with how direct and to the point I am). If I didn't like something, I could tell him directly without push back or emotion. He took the time to explain things to me when I did not get it. He was very accommodating too. They both left things better than how they found it. I highly recommend
