Smartwire 360 was scheduled to install a light fixture. A week before the appointment, I discovered a scorched outlet with a burnt electrical odor. I contacted Smartwire and changed the appointment to address this issue.

On the day of the appointment, Smartwire sent a text letting me know the electricians were on their way. The text included a link that allowed me to track their arrival in real time. This was a helpful feature.

AJ and Steven arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work troubleshooting and correcting the outlet issue. They also corrected an issue with intermittently flickering lights. And, they installed the light fixture as well.

AJ and Steven were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They were respectful of me and my space. They cleaned up the areas where they worked and left me feeling confident that I can rely on the safety and integrity of the electrical system in my home.

The cost for the service was very reasonable.

In December 2013 we hired ME Keeton to replace the old flood light fixtures to the entrance of our neighborhood(Andover Hills). We paid them immediately upon completion of the job. About 1 month later a bulb had already burned out. I called and advised of the issue. They went out to check it out and advised me that the bulb had burned out. I was surprised that a new bulb blew so quickly, but I went ahead and replaced it anyway. A month after that the bulb in the other fixture burned out so I replaced that one as well. Last week another bulb blew out. This makes 3 bulbs blown in as many months so I have a hard time believing the bulbs are the problem. I called Tuesday March 18 at 12pm and left a message with the lady that answered the phone. I was told Steve would call me back. It has now been 24 hours and still no call back to address the issue yet again. I would seriously have a problem recommending ME Keeton to anyone I know that is expecting a quality job. That is all I am looking for and can't get it. I hope the owner reads this and understands my frustration. Thanks Brian D.

The main circuit breaker tripped and could not reset. I called Mr Keaton at 9:51am. He related that he was very busy and that he would have someone call in about an hour. His son not only returned the called, he called in 13 minutes at 10:04am, and in my driveway within 30 minutes.
Mr. Keaton Jr. quickly diagnosed problem, recommended a solution and work began.
The work was performed quickly, quietly and expertly. They checked, they relabeled the box clearly, rechecked again to ensure completion. They cleaned, explained what was done and left.

Going 95 South bound at 6:30 in the morning. The driver of unit number 121 Cut several people off after going fifteen miles an hour under the speed limit for several miles. I called to complain and was willing to send my Dash can footage in as evidence but they declined.

Took such amazing care of us! They got to us in under a half hour, on a freezing cold morning where our heat pump was not functioning and our house was down in the low 50s temp wise, and had our issue fixed and house warmed in no time. So thankful for their quick service, kind associates, and extremely affordable prices!!!!

The guy was very rude on the phone. I called them too check on picking up a simple box of wire while I was in the Ashland area. I went to Norfolk Wire instead. Saved money, too, as NW was $40+ cheaper.
