An almost immediate initial response was followed shortly after by the arrival of two young, very pleasant, and helpful electricians. Smartwire saved us from a house fire! Smartwire was able to get us on the schedule for the next day after I called. It started out as a visit to diagnose a tripped breaker and bad main breaker, but upon further troubleshooting, we discovered multiple failures along the tripped circuit. We actually caught the beginning of a fire as we walked up the attic ladder. Smartwire had a crew here to fix the issue in less than an hour. The work was also even cheaper than quoted! Heidi and Raphael were great!!! As always, SmartWire sent polite and professional people to fix the problem in my powder room. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you are expecting 30 people in less than 24 hours, bathroom lighting is a big deal.

The techs were great in analyzing some electrical issues and correcting them. Replaced several floodlights and corrected some non-code compliant wiring installed by the original builder. Our meter box and load side wire was corroded and needed to be replaced. We had absolutely no power and the team at Smartwire came out within a few hours and did such an amazing job. They did an amazing and meticulous instillation job and followed up to quickly get the inspection permit so I could have Dominion come out and put the new meter on.
