Service tech Johnnie Chow was here earlier this week. He took extra care in applying fertilizer, he noticed we have new grass and did not want apply any material that would damage the new seedlings. Thank you Johnnie for being so polite and considerate.

I recently had the pleasure of working with True Green Lawn Care. Greggory, the technician who came to my home, was absolutely outstanding. He was courteous, polite, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. His knowledge about lawn care was evident, and he provided valuable tips to help me maintain my lawn's health.

NATHANIEL K has absolutely been great. Meet him in my yard today. He was walking doing an observation and smiling. Saying wow we got the yard looking great. He took a lot of pride in his work. Best my yard has ever looked.

Excellent service !! I had patches on my lawn those patches are now filled with green grass and now the grass looks healthy again!

Our TruGreen Specialist, Johnnie Chow, is excellent! He’s very knowledgeable about proper lawn care and answered all our questions which helped to put our mind at ease. We look forward to continuing to work with him in the future in helping to improve our lawn.

This is another review added to this post on 6/4/24 for both Richard and Joshua are amazing! They both went above and beyond today to ensure everything was done for my grass and my trees and shrubs! These guys are awesome and I highly recommend Trugreen because of your entire staff and everything they do to ensure my lawn is taken care of! My technician Mr Johnnie Crow always provides excellent service. If I have questions or concerns, he always addresses those concerns with patience, kindness and a wealth of knowledge. I’ve had a lot of issues with my Tru Green service in the past and am happy that the company has improved my customer satisfaction assigning Mr Chow as my technician.

When Johnnie Chow comes to service our lawn, we know that a good and thorough job has been done. Johnnie is an outstanding technician, who takes the time to ask if we have any questions or issues that he could address. He greets us with a big smile and he is always very pleasant to work with. TruGreen is fortunate to have Johnnie on their team.

On May 1st TruGreen came for mosquito yard defense. I have used this service for several years and have been generally pleased. However, today was a different story, technician spent less than ten minutes treating whole yard. He hit a few of key spots and then was gone. Really disappointed in the quality of overall treatment.
