TruGreen is a very good choice. I used them for awhile now the gentleman that did my lawn did a good job but it seems to have missed part of my lawn so I text and another gentleman came out a couple days later and redid the problem. Other that little hiccup they a very good!😊

My lawn looks better than it has in 4 years! My technician George is awesome! He is always informative and has been a joy to work with.

James withTruGreen did an excellent job. He asked about our plum trees and informed us to not let the dog out for a while after he leaves. Yard looked great and gates were secured.

Even though grass is just starting to come back from winter, I see a big difference in my lawn! The weeds seem to have disappeared! I highly recommend his services.

This was the 1st time I have used a lawn service and not handled the fertilizer and weed control myself. On this the initial visit, the specialist was very informative and knowledgeable which I appreciate. I will know more in time after the treatment has time to work. Very impressed so far!

Joynnie Chow was my latest Trugreen specialist. He was helpful and took the time to explain to me the weed issues of my lawn. He applied then the adequate treatment. I have seen big improvement since this last visit.

TruGreen never laid a pre-emergent and now I have foxtail grass throughout my lawn.
Think twice about using them!
If TruGreen had laid a pre-emergent when they were supposed to I would not be in his mess.

It rained yesterday I hope that means TruGreen will be coming back in the next few days when the forecoast is for no rain.

I appreciate the note about the non-Bahia (foxtail, dallisgrass, etc) grasses in my Bahia grass lawn. I am aware of this but these grasses are impossible to remove using post-emergent herbicides. We'll, me and TruGreen, will have to deal with these grasses using pre-emergent herbicides when the time arrives to lay a pre-emergent.

Johnny C treated my lawn for weeds today. I found him to be very punctual, personable and professional. He took time to explain the treatment he was applying and also mentioned the next steps in the process.

I always get compliments on my yard. Johnnie C is the best. He always give me guidance on what to do to maintain a healthy yard. He always greet with a smile. I am totally happy for choosing Tru Green.

This was a follow up treatment due to the original one being done so poorly. I also got multiple stories from customer service when I contacted them to complain about the issue. Today the job was done properly

Johnnie Chow does a great job! He always checks in with us to see if we have questions. He is very knowledgeable and noticed the sedge grass even though I just mowed the lawn. Thanks Johnie. You are my favorite technician.

I have been with Trugreen for 3 homes now. They have always strived to earn my business and make things right when or if I was wronged. The past 2 years at my new home have gone over without a hitch. I have been provided outstanding customer service. I will continue to use this service for my lawn.

6/13 I am at my wits end with TruGreen. We paid in advance for mosquito control, they have only come once, we are supposed to be on our third treatment. We schedule, they cancel. They are very good at selling this product, but do not deliver. Have called managers, customer service, all very pleasant, yet no results. Will be seeking a full refund, don’t waste money, they don’t care.
6/17 They finally came today. When they come they, do a great job and the product works well. They really need to figure out thier scheduling process. Johnnie gets 5 stars as usual.
7/10 Needed a follow up on weeds. Aldrick who has done my lawn before did a great job, 5 stars, took the time to address and explain problem areas. Hopefully the scheduling issues are worked out.
9/19 Aeration and Seeding today. Aldrick did an amazing job. He is very thorough, got all the nooks and crannies of the yard.
