I have had my home cleaned by Merry Maids for several years. The cleaners do a thorough job and always are efficient in how they use their time. I also find the cleaners to be very friendly and nice. I highly recommend Merry Maids. I currently have Team #7, Escarlet Mejia and Elena Mejia. This mother and daughter team are lovely and work so well together. I especially like that they are willing to come early at 7:30 am which happens to be the best time for us. I’m very happy as a Merry Maid customer and recommend you ask for this team of professional housekeepers.

We have been using Merry Maids since 2015. They come on schedule, do a good job, and remember between visits what things have to be done in specific ways, for instance how to clean the “fingerprint resistant” stainless or the hardwood flooring. Highly recommended.

We have been using merry maids for years here with the same crew #7. They are amazing. They do a great job, kind to the dog, and always friendly. Having them come makes our weekends available for things other than cleaning. I highly recommend them for your house. Friendly and do a great job.

Although the cleaners arrive in the expected window, their quality of work could greatly be improved. They quoted us about 3 hours of work for a single family house and they ended up taking over 5 hours. Now they say this is just an estimate but estimates should be close to what is the final amount not almost double what is estimated. Their explanation to this was that it depends on how dirty the house is. Now mind you that this was a cleaning for a move in - meaning the prior tenants had already done a cleaning during their move out. The service gets 1/5 stars for expected pricing.

The maids that came were Escarlet and Elena. Escarlet had an attitude when it came to doing any cleaning. She mainly provided a surface level wipe down clean and not a deep clean that we paid for. Now the cleaning was horrible and as if they didn't even come. I had to provide a supervisory role to make sure things were actually done. Please look at the pictures attached to this post for the quality of their work. The pictures were taken after the maids said the work was completed. Absolutely horrible and not at all a deep clean. Also they would use the same rags on the toilet and the sinks and the fridge. Just really gross that they don't swap things out or use a new rug for areas where food will be.

After the main office was called to complain, they did come out and redo some of these problem areas but it was such a headache and took up my whole day in supervising these maids. That too with a cost of over $700. Please save yourself a headache and do not use these maids and hire someone else.

We absolutely love Merry Maids! Everyone who has come to our home has been wonderful. Lilieta and Daisy are our usuals and they are absolutely amazing. So nice and unbelievably helpful / amazing at what they do. We are customers for life!!

The ladies did an extremely thorough job today. They arrived on time. There was a language barrier however we did our best to communicate. They truly wanted to clean and make sure I was pleased with their work. I would give their work a 10.
I’m curious, if I use them again, would the cost be the same?

I am really surprised that this place has so many 5 star reviews. If I could give a -1 star I would. I called to have a deep clean done. They gave me a quote of $481 and I scheduled, set it up, was super excited, I’d never had a deep clean of my house before. They were supposed to text me a day before to give me a window of time that they’d be coming, but they never sent that text. The day I scheduled, two ladies show up, and the first thing that’s said to me is “Upstairs” and off they go. I let them do their thing, and I thought it was going well, and then one of the ladies asked me to go upstairs and asked if it was okay. It was not. They didn’t clean the railings, the windows, under furniture. An hour later, a manager came, and asked me what wasn’t clean. I guess the ladies called her, I’m not sure? But the manager was quite rude to me, told me they don’t move furniture to clean (I had nightstands in front of my windows, so then I went around the house moving furniture so they would clean it behind it and under it. I didn’t expect them to move big furniture, but in the past when I’ve had people come and clean, they’ve moved little stuff, and none of this information was given to me prior to the clean. There was a dog bed on the floor (basically a pillow) and they didn't even move that to clean underneath. I'm not sure what made this service a “deep clean” vs a regular clean because as I walked around after they left, there were so many things that were dusty and not cleaned, they didn't even clean some surfaces in the house. The mopping job feels like they just slapped a mop over the floor without actually really getting it clean. I’m so disappointed and feel like I was scammed with the price of the deep clean and got jipped because other people had such good reviews, I thought this would be an amazing experience. This was a mediocre standard clean at best.
And the worst part of this was that the two ladies kept pulling their masks down and just working with their masks down, so they weren’t even following Covid protocols.

Edited to add based on the manager’s reply- they said that they stayed for 5 hours (which is not true- they were there for 3 hours and 45 minutes and it was two ladies). When I called to inquire about cleaning, they stated that for a deep clean that they stayed as long as necessary to get the job done, yet clearly telling me in the reply they I should’ve paid more for how long they stayed. I also don’t appreciate in the reply being threatened to post pictures of my home and it’s condition. We have two dogs and two kids- that’s why I wanted a deep clean- in the other reviews they seemed to have worked to customer satisfaction, but not for me for the price I paid. And as far as Covid protocols, there’s no excuse for not following them and the fact that the ladies were not cautious about that can tell you how much they likely cared about doing a proper job in my home.

Two Maids & A Mop are extremely efficient, communicate every step of the way and are very professional. The team consisted of Jessica and Wendy who were amazing! Thank you so much for making our move less stressful and for leaving the home smelling clean and fresh!

The maids did a fantastic job. We are very happy with their work. They are always professional and professional and they do a wonderful job cleaning our home.

they worked for 1 hour and half - they charged us for 3 hours and they did not clean properly. the management told us they will clean the cabinet doors but they did not do that. when asked them why, they said we are tired we cannot clean. I paid more than what I was supposed to and now I have to find a new cleaner to come and clean the home. I do not recommend this company at all.

The entire process from start to finish was a 10 out of 10. Easy to schedule the service; behind the scenes contact to discuss the upcoming service; friendly crew arrived on time, was efficient, responsive to my requests, and did a fantastic job. This is the first time I've had a deep cleaning by a cleaning company and I couldn't be happier.
