We had our deep clean done today in anticipation of biweekly service and we could not be happier! They arrived early and worked hard for the entire time they were here! The team was great-especially since the pandemic and having everyone home for the last year left a huge job for them! Looking forward to next time!

The team has been wonderful. They are punctual, communicative, and extremely pleasant. They take extra precautions when cleaning my home, and always do an amazing job. It feels like they take the care to clean our home like they would their own and I am very appreciative of their care and attention to details.

Dunia & Ana do a great job. They followed all my instructions and left everything very clean & organized. I appreciate their attention to detail.

This company provides horrible customer service and does subpar work regarding cleaning. I can't begin to cover all that they didn't do, but here are a few the floors weren't cleaned in my kitchen or foyer. They were so filthy the paper towel was Grey. There were cobwebs left in the powder room. The appliances weren't wiped well on the outside. When I call the manager took forever to get a hold of and never apologized. The owner didn't have much better customer service. She called and I called her back twice, but all she wanted to do was email. She found every way she could to blame me. Her staff quoted one price and then when there was an issue oh you got it for a discount. No I paid the price quoted to me. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I definitely would never recommend them. It was a waste money and a waste of time.

I could not ask for a better cleaning company to take care of my home. I have tough standards and they meet them with ease. Thank you Marnie, Krisbel and entire team for taking the same care with my home that you would with your own.

2020: They did a fantastic job, and were happy to work around us working from home!! Highly recommend both for reoccurring service and move out service.

2024: Just wanted to add that it's been almost four years now and I couldn't be happier. They are always timely and always cheerful. They do a fantastic job cleaning, and I wouldn't do without them. Special shout-out to Greydi and Zuelenna today for taking them time to help me socializey puppy and restoring order to my very chaotic home. It was amazing and just what I needed.

Great company! They called me back promptly to schedule and were able to customize the cleaning to what I needed and the amount of time I was comfortable paying for. I love that they had last minute scheduling options too. The cleaning also met my expectations!

Maybe the service they offered was better before the pandemic. They did clean the house but it was in no way a deep clean. Our regular folks who clean were not available for a deep clean so we called these folks. Two Maids and a Mop's deep clean did less then what our standard cleaning folks do and we had to keep following them around to point out obvious dust and cleaning. Should have waited for a regular company and not wasted $480 when we could have spent $100. The manager said she took pictures to prove the house needed more deep cleaning. If she couldn't clean something then no big deal; just say so -
I'm not asking to remove permanent stains. If a tissue turns black from dust then how is this a deep clean? Having us ask to have railings, dust, dead flies in windows, and mopping seems like things they should just do. Would not recommend.

The maids were very professional and very thorough. My hours at work had been building up and a lot of our routine maintenance had fallen behind. They did spectacular work and I’ll definitely be using your services in the future! 15 out of 10 stars! Completely surpassed my expectations!

We hired Two Maids and A Mop to do a cleaning of our home. The staff was very knowledgeable and they gave us various options for our cleaning. The 2 ladies who came to clean our home got straight to work and did an amazing job!!! Now we are having our home cleaned every week with Two Maids and A Mop! I have gone through different cleaning services and this business is the best. Definitely check them out and thank you Ladies!

Wonderful business! They’re communicative, friendly, and efficient. Also, very competitively priced compared to everything else in the area. I was so impressed with our first cleaning and will be getting recurring services. Fantastic attention to detail, and it feels so good walking into a clean home after a long day. The cleaning crew was awesome ! They arrived on time, did a fantastic job cleaning, and even finished earlier than expected! They were very nice and really cared about doing the best job they could do. They were also one of the lowest and fairest priced services I could find in the area. If I still lived in the area I would definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

The ladies that cleaned our apartment did an amazing job. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and got right to work.

I had to leave for work but the times I popped in to take care of things on my end, I noticed them working very hard and were thorough in their cleaning.

I would feel 100% confident in them coming to clean our home again.

After this “deep cleaning” there was still cobwebs on the ceilings and various walls throughout the place, the windows that were wiped looked as if it was cleaned with dirty rags, there was still black mold like dirt around the kitchen pantry, dirt on the stove and dishwasher, the cabinets in the kitchen was not throughly cleaned and there was sticky residue on the outside of the cabinets. The bathroom walls had dirt on them which, and even after I asked them to be cleaned, they were not. These are just some of the few things that were noticed after the cleaning. The maids that did the service did not seem to pay attention to detail and although I was there working and had to ask repetitively to clean spots that were missed they seemed not very experienced. I did a move in/out deep cleaning and recently just moved in and found that this service that was done did not meet what I was promised. I would have liked a partial refund or a re-service done but waited too long to tell the company. . As I paid for a deep-cleaning but did not receive that.
Do not recommend, it’s better to just clean yourself and save money.

I unfortunately purchased a deep cleaning (around $600) after noticing dust around. After wondering where the last year has gone since we had our little one I was hopeful and excited to start the new year with a fresh start and continue with this agency in the upkeep of our townhouse. Per the representative the deep cleaning should have been between 4-5 hours. Unfortunately, the same observed dust remained when we returned, the cleaners left around 2.5 hours later and our home was only slightly cleaner than before. Ceiling fans had not been touched, observed cobwebs remained, and our dining room floor had not been swept or touched at all. We intentionally pulled up rugs and put items away so our home was tidy and the cleaners could solely focus on deep cleaning. I would sadly say my hard earned $ was wasted on this service. If I had the energy I would have done it myself and saved myself the disappointment.

Just had our home cleaned by Jessibeth and Estefani (team 4) and they did such an amazing job! We have a four bedroom townhouse and a large golden retriever so it was a lot and they cleaned everything super thoroughly and quickly. Will definitely be using them again.

After a disappointing search for cleaning service in my area, I finally found this company. I choose them because they were rated 5 stars on every review, so I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed! The ladies did an amazing job on my place ( I had stuff everywhere and was not able to “tidy up” beforehand), everything was clean and organized. I was so happy when I got home. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and trust, it’s worth it! Will def be using their services again and recommending to all my friends.

Two maids and a mop were AMAZING! We had them come deep clean our home and the 2 maids were so nice and got the job done. They took time and really put effort into the cleaning. I am so happy with how my house looks and we could not thank them enough. Highly recommend!

I have never used a cleaning company before so I was a little hesitant to make a choice at first. I couldn't help but trust all of the many outstanding positive reviews and the clear and constant communication from the owner. I was not disappointed!! The crew was prompt, professional, thorough, and quick without missing any details...down to wiping the baseboards and dining room chairs, and even cleaning up my son's legos accidentally left on the floor in his room! I was very pleased with our "design with time" package and hope to use them again! Definitely recommend.
