Had great experience from scheduling appointment for next day and fixing the dryer within an hour. A++

We had a very old SubZero fridge that was not working properly and a new fridge was going to take over a year to receive. We had other companies out for repair and they said that all they could do was replace the freon and that we had to buy a new fridge. Total Appliance Service came same day, identified the actual issue, ordered parts, and repaired the fridge within a week for $1800 (new fridge was going to be $14,000. They said there was no need to buy a new refrigerator "unless you want to". Fridge worked perfectly afterward. They also repaired a subzero ice maker that hadn't worked since we moved in. I highly recommend. They will come out same day - they are very responsive and extremely knowledgeable.

I'm not happy. Paid to have a dishwasher repaired. It worked when the technician left. Stopped working again upon the next use (as in days). NUMEROUS calls and texts to have them come back out and never a response back. After a month of no dishwasher I finally had to call and pay another company that told me the motor was NOT replaced (which is what they said they did.)
Note: when someone tries to refute this review I assure you this IS the correct company because the phone number shows up. I plan to also reach out to the BBB.

While they ask for details about the appliance they cannot give a repair estimate without you paying for an onsite visit. I looked up the costs of the parts and went ahead and did the repair myself. I walked away feeling they were a bit of a rip-off.

Had them service my Subzero and was told that the service indicator would go off in a week after they added freon, it has now been over a month. The indicator is still blinking, I have called several times with them telling me they will contact the technician who came to our home and call back. Still have not heard one word from them. Very disappointed

Prompt and courteous service, at a very reasonable cost. When the first intervention, replacing a part, was not enough, the technician returned and added Freon at no charge.

This company came out several times to attempt to fix our refrigerator. They replaced several items and on two occasions refilled the refrigerator coolant, however, none of the repairs lasted more than a week or two. We kept telling the technician we could smell the coolant every time we opened the refrigerator so there must be a leak. The technician then replaced a timer inside the refrigerator and claimed that this new repair would definitely resolve the problem. Since then it has been extremely difficult to get them to even answer the phone. Over a month ago, I called again and the owner told me the technician was on vacation. A week later, I called and he promised the technician would come out that Friday, no technician came out and no call was received. I called the following week and he said the technician would again come out on Friday, and you guessed it, no technician, no call. Now, to make sure I do not "bother him" further he has blocked my phone number. When I call, it always rings busy. I had to use a friend's cell phone to make one final call to find out what happened to the technician on the two previous Fridays. As expected, he then told me to find someone else to fix my refrigerator. I would highly recommend that people STEER CLEAR of this company. This has been a disastrous waste of time and money. Do not believe the owner if he writes back and states he had a technician come out 5-6 times and there was never anything wrong. The single thing a refrigerator needs to do is to keep things cold. Our refrigerator will not do that, and because they could not diagnose or fix the problem, they blame that on the homeowner.

Very happy with the service to fix our dryer. They were able to come out the next day after we called and technician diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Best of all, they accommodated us for a Saturday appointment to install the new part and we paid exactly what they quoted. Very competent, professional, and no games. We'll definitely call for our next appliance service.

The tech was able to diagnose the issue with my oven in about 10 minutes. The heating element needed to be replaced. He and a partner returned a week and a half later to replace the heating element. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service I received. I had a Kitchenaid refrigerator that wasn't cooling enough. They diagnosed and said it needed a new evaporator motor. Came back with the part a day later and repaired. Working like new again. I always look up parts online to see if I can trust the estimates I'm given and was not disappointed here. They were honest, fast and professional. Thank you!

Very professional. Always came early in the service window and we always received the call to tell us the service person was on the way. Knew exactly what was needed to repair our Subzero freezer and repair was made effectively and efficiently. Repair person was pleasant and professional.

I am very happy I went with them, they did everything right. First they had a human answer the phone and were able to come out the next day! They came on time, and called before they arrived just like they said. Hanis came and was knowledgeable and professional, he was able to fix the subzero and explained everything. He also was very careful of my house and not to scratch my tile floor. He put in the time and care and I feel lucky to have had his help. He took his time and did a great job. I highly recommend him and would use him again if ever I needed him
