Horrible service ,after one week waiting for mokhtar to come and fix my unit because he was complaining about going to the roof or working weekends ( which he wants to be with his family )he came one week later . he came twice to fix the unit ,
first time after one week he took all freon out and blow a smoke to our apartment and the Ac stop cooling the whole apartment smelled very bad, before he touch the unit,
we had air after the mess he did the unit went up to 79 degree no cool air , he convince me after several hours the system will work and he made me to pay him on $1800 and one $165 .

I didn't know this company my insurance send him so I trust him and I paid him. which it was my fault I shouldn't trust him.

after one day no air and couldn't sleep ,me and my husband called him to come back to fix the unit we were so upset ,

I left for work my husband was nice to him give him water and he kept complaining that my husband needs to go to the roof with him cause he doesn't have any assistant to help him.

after 5 hours working on the system in the second day which we thought he said the system is fixed the night before and that was the reason we paid him , he came down around 5 pm and he said the same excuse the system is fixed it will cool up in few hours

my husband said you need to wait until the system cool down,we paid you yesterday and our Ac is not working either you give our money back or fix the unit ,we cant sleep and live with a broken unit.
he got mouthy with my husband and put his feast up to my husband face and called the insurance company that my husband were drunk , I called him several times and ask him to come back and he said the system is working
I took a video and pictures the unit is not cooling
I texted him for 2 days I though maybe he realize
the way he treat the customer is so rude and come back and
finish the job , he never apologize and total be rude and try to find excuses for himself that he did wrong diagnostic and cant do the job done in a right way .
if he did his job done at the first place and fix our AC and we wouldn't have any issues with him ,why we have to go through all of these dramas
he is so unprofessional total con artist and scam don't hire him he is so out of behavior and control

We've used Mukhtar for several years to repair and replace many of our appliances. We recently had our hot water hear replaced. His prices are always reasonable, he's professional, and has great customer service. We will always reach out to Mukhtar for all our appliance needs.

Can't say that I would like to do business with a company that says they service your area, the map says that they service your area, but the "barely English speaking" person that answered the phone says that they don't service the area. So update your service area map and stop wasting my time.
