I highly recommend All Home Appliances. I called around noon for a dishwasher that was leaking. The technician, Mukhtar, came around 6:00 pm and diagnosed the problem right away. He had the part on his van and quickly changed out my leaking part and also fixed and additional valve that was leaking under my sink. After speaking with him for a few minutes we realized he had fixed my oven 10 years ago. So this is the second time he has saved me the cost of buying new appliances. He even called the next day to be sure all was well and that the leaking did not return.

Mokhtar at AHA has saved us twice now! In the winter our water heater broke and he was able to get it replaced within 48 hours. This past month, when the temperatures outside were soaring in the upper 90’s and 100’s our AC broke. He was able to come to our home within hours, diagnose the issue, and fix our AC. We cannot thank Mokhtar enough and will go to him for any and everything from here on out!

Mukhtar Came and fixed my oven. He was amazing his attention to detail when diagnosing the problem was incredible. He got the new parts so quickly and explained everything he was doing to me so I understood what needed to be fixed and what parts were needed to do so.

Shout out to Mo for coming out and saving me from a really hot day and installing our new HVAC System in just 1 day. Also Mo was very helpful and considerate about our timing.

Mokhtar (Moe) came to repair my refrigerator that was not making ice. Also, the interior light was out due to a faulty switch. Moe is highly skilled because he quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the needed replacement water valve. He also repaired the faulty light in under two minutes. He is very professional and quite humorous. Moe is a miracle worker who I will be calling again if I ever encountered problems with my appliances. Thank you Moe for a job well done!

This business has poor customer service and are very unprofessional. Technician Mo is the worst. I have Home Safe insurance on all my appliances which I have filed a claim on a couple appliances. I paid the service call fee where Mo came out and basically tells tells the insurance company both appliances need replaced. Mo and this business fails for many months now after repeated requests to provide the insurance company clear documentation so the insurance company can approve the claim and replace the 2 appliances. We get on a 3 way call, Mo gets an attitude when I ask him why is it so hard for him to do this simple request, tells the insurance company that the appliances are old and barely used, I asked how can he say the appliances are barely used, as a matter of fact, how can I use when they are not working? He starts yelling and claims he's going to let the police investigate, like what the hell is he even talking about? Police investigate what? Needless to say I am having to pay another service fee for another company to come out and look at my appliances. Been months dealing with this nightmare all because of this unprofessional, money grabbing company. The 2 appliances would be used regularly when they are working. Real easy to charge money to say you can't fix it and needs replaced yet do nothing further.

Fixed an issue in 8 days that took a previous repair company three weeks. Was about $100 cheaper too. The only thing that could use improving was their communication--it was sometimes unclear what time window they'd be arriving in.

My AC unite stop working and it was 82 degrees in our house at night. I called All Home Appliances around 4 am and left message. The owner came himself early in the morning, though it was his day off and fixed our AC unit. I really thank him and appreciate his helping hands towards his customers. Thank you AHA

Exceptionally good service for this area. Mo is thorough, responsible, as reasonable as NoVa gets, and very efficient. He has fixed everything in my house, and is now keeping an eye on my HVAC. Yesterday he removed 10 years of gunk from the Carrier unit outside my house. It was gross. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had an issue with my AC and AHA came by and looked at it and fixed the issue the same day. The company’s service is very professional and fast. Communication is very clear and most of all the work is honest and you will not get over charged. I highly recommend it.

Amazing and reliable company, had a fridge stop working on us and they were able to come out within a day and get it back up and running. A few weeks later we had a washing machine that had a draining issue and again were here within a day and got it fixed right up. Prices are best around and provided amazing customer service. Will only be reaching out to them for all of our appliance needs. Do not look any further and give them a call! They handle air conditioning as well, most reliable and trusting company there is. Anyone that has anything bad to say about Mo and All Home Appliances has a SCREW LOOSE!!! I have honestly never experienced better customer service. Mo came out to my house when it was over 100 degrees. He got my air conditioner working within a couple hours. This was after two other companies came out and said my air conditioner couldn’t be fixed. I highly recommend Mo and All Home Appliances. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else!

Mo and his team came out and replaced our entire HVAC system. He’s trustworthy and has the best prices. We’ve called on Mo several times through the years and we are always happy with the service.
