I thought Liberty Plumbing was going to be a good option for fixing my slow drain but I was so wrong. I told them I had a slow drain and they told me it needed to be snaked for $250. I thought that was a very reasonable price compared to other plumbers in the area. So I had the guy come and "snake" it. He hit the blockage and could not get through it, so he said it was bigger issue. He said he would need to cut open my walls to try to find the issue. I asked if he could use a drain camera instead of cutting my walls, which I would expect a drain camera to be a standard piece of equipment all plumbers have this day in age, but he didn't have one. He said only two other plumbers on the team have them. I knew drain cameras existed by doing a simple Google search on common plumbing fixes and looking at Roto Rooter's website before-hand.

Long story short, since he did not have the right equipment to even give me quote for the proper repair they wanted my $250 for snaking the drain, $400+ to have someone else look at it with a drain camera, plus the cost of the actual repair... which we never even got to... and I am sure it would be substantial.

My advice is to find a different plumber that will guarantee to come up with a solution to fix the problem on the first visit or without charging you for each visit. The cost adds up fast when a plumber wants to make multiple visits and charge you for each one and does not make this clear up front.

Great service from the moment I reached out to the end of the repair! Professional folks that know how to get it done right. They had to search for a leak in my main line coming from the road and even with the weather being not so great they were able to get it done in a timely manner. Liberty Plumbing worked with me on an emergency plumbing problem recently and they went above and beyond. My husband and I actually needed to leave town so he could get some medical care and they worked with me to take care of the job when we were away. They quickly worked to schedule a time to come to our house when someone could be there (leaving me to focus on my husband), quickly took care of the problem and simply provided the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time from service providers. I rarely make recommendations and would recommend them without hesitation.

Friendly, easy to reach and schedule an appointment. Plumber came out, assessed the situation and came up with a good solution to our broken toilet flange (which was more complicated than normal). Liberty was recommended to us from someone within our community and glad we went with them.

I had something backing up my lateral sewer line between my house to the street, causing a sewer clog backing up to my house. I called Liberty on a Friday evening and they mobilized that evening to attempt to clear my sewer (thank you!). Unfortunately it wasn’t that simple but Liberty and their professional techs identified the location of the clog (a piece of PVC) and came up with a plan to remove and replace it. They were transparent, competent, and timely, and they fixed my sewer. This was a month ago and everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend this company. Their staff who worked at my house were top notch!

The plumber that was sent was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. We used Liberty on two different occasions, and both services were very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again, and I would also recommend them.

I had Booze come out to address two issues. I paid a considerable amount of money. Although it was winter, I had them fix the front outdoor spigot. Come spring time, this spigot leaks HORRIBLY so bad this house doesn’t work. The other issue I had to pay them again to come back out and fix. If they had taken their time the first time, they probably would have realized that the initial fix didn’t work. 0 for 2.

Plumbing work was fine and Booze was very responsive to my plumbing need (sump/sewage pump replacement), but cost was excessive for either replacement pump or labor - undifferentiated on the receipt. I should have requested other estimates before agreeing to this service.

Water heater broke at 19 years. Family has used Booze Plumbing for decades, local, reliable. They were down a technician but scrambled to find a partner plumber to fill in and it all worked out well. They could have just told us to call someone else, but helped solve our problem. Thanks

John was able to quickly replace my water heater for me. He ordered the parts in advance for the install date, then he removed the old heater and installed the new one all in a few hours. He and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. His prices were good as well. Would recommend.

John and his team removed the old double vanity and installed the new double vanity which required cutting granite to fit in the existing space. They installed 2 new faucets (3 pieces each) and valves perfectly with no leaks. They were punctual, clean, they knew what they were doing and the work turned out beautiful. They finished in about three hours time which is exceptional considering that we added an incompletely installed additional sink vanity that was not factored into the original estimate, but which did not add significantly to the ending price and we were very happy and pleased with that. I would rate John R Plumbing more than 5 stars if I could, and will definitely count them for all my future plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink drain has been backing up sporadically over the past few months and it was completely clogged, not letting the water drain. I could not use the sink at all nor could I run the dishwasher that was connected to the drain. John came by within a few hours and surveyed the issue very thoroughly. He explained the possible cause of the clog and ensured us that the problem will be resolved. He used industrial grade clog remover gel and poured boiling water over the sink. Within 20 minutes, the backed up water in the sink drained completely and the pipe was unclogged. Thankfully we didn't have to remove any pipes or use machines to unclog the drain. John was very courteous throughout the process and professional with his service. I highly recommend John and his service for any plumbing issues at home.
