I've written reviews in the past about 20 20 Drain Clean and I am at it again. I cannot highly recommend them enough! When a significant leak cause serious damage in my home, they came to my rescue. Not only did they arrive promptly to assess the situation, but their team quickly got to work and effectively stopped the leak.
But what truly impressed me was their skillful ability to re-pipe my entire house at an incredible price. Lee and Abdul's expertise and skill were evident throughout the process. They worked diligently, ensuring that the job was completed to the highest standard while keeping me informed every step of the way. They are not just talented; they’re also incredibly responsive. They were quick to respond to any questions and always kept me abreast of what whey were doing, making me feel valued as a customer. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are commendable. More importantly, they were very respectful of my home and ensure the work did had little impact to my house. They also worked alongside the renovation team's schedule so that everything came together at the same time.

Very professional. I had an under ground leak in the front yard and had to install a new pipe from a water meter to the inside the house. The guys took care of it quickly and very professionally. I was very impressed with the work they did. From beginning to end it went smoothly. I would hire them again in the future.

I highly recommend 2020 Drain Clean. They were very quick to come to my house and fix the clogged drain and the technician was very professional and courteous. I was particularly impressed with his diligence in finding the obstruction, which turned out being more than 50 feet down the pipe. Don’t hesitate to call them.

People who worked at my house did not wear masks NOR did they notify me that they were coming in. Could not speak to me face to face and their colognes were incredibly overpowering. Even after making a complaint to management to wear a mask they did not comply. No professionalism here at all. 0/10

Jeremy and Liberty Plumbing answered the phone (by itself a miracle today) when I called and was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I resolved my issue and didn’t require a service call. But, next time I need a plumber, I know they’ll be there.

I have used Liberty several times in the last few years and we were so pleased with their friendly trustworthy and timely response to our plumbing problems, I cannot understand what transformed them. We need a leak repaired and set up an appointment. The day came for the appointment and no one showed. Call the office and Melissa said she would find out what went wrong. My wife got a call at home from one of the owners Eric and he was told her there was no record of an appointment. Think about this...why would anyone make up an appointment, stay home all morning, just so they could call and complain especially when you need a repair? Instead of appreciating our return business, Eric told us he was "hoping we would go somewhere else" and hung up the phone on my wife. Like I said, what happened to transform them we will never know but we will never use them again and hope you don't either.

The company provided pre-advice to troubleshoot my issue, and were friendly to discuss and recommend possible remedies before my appointment. Service Technician was very knowledgeable and skilled. Regardless of your plumbing issue, I highly recommend this 24-hour company.

We needed them to handle an emergency flood. They were out within a few hours on a Friday when no other company could help. They did a great job of fixing the problem and advising us on how we might remodel the bathroom in the future. Very professional and kept our house clean.
