Mega Plumbing did an excellent job installing my dishwasher! The installers were professional, proficient, kind, and friendly, and they went out of their way to be helpful. They arrived right on time and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated the communication before the appointment—regular text reminders and confirmations kept me updated and gave me peace of mind. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Story time!

I've gone back and forth with Sears for over a month regarding dishwasher repair. First appointment, they didn't have any parts even though the problem was given to them. Second appointment, they never called or showed up. Third appointment, didn't have parts. Fourth appointment, never showed up AND YET I was sent an email saying the job was complete (even though there was stagnant water and old parts left in the old unit). Fifth appointment (after making a new trouble ticket) it was scheduled as usual, but not until the day of the appointment did they say it'd be a "Virtual Appointment"...

Got fed up with them, and ordered a new unit from Lowes instead. Mega Plumbing Corp, contracted with them as installers, was prompt with the scheduling (and even with a change of schedule due to recent weather). I was given a planned window of arrival that they stuck to, and informed when they were on their way. Their team was in and out in record time, and my wife loves the new unit.

Thank y'all again for the hard work and timely care.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. They drove 4 hours to install my range, microwave and dishwasher. They were very clean throughout the entire job, even preparing the appliances outside before bringing them in. I highly recommend this company!

Was great, installer was able to come earlier than scheduled. Removed old dishwasher and installed new one within 30 minutes. Did a great job. Protected my floor and cabinet from any water and dirt. Installation went very smoothly. They were detailed about the leveling and checked for any leaks and made sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving.

Techs showed up on time and called to say on way. Immediately put on shoe covers to enter the house. Worked in a super timely manner, leaving the old dishwasher in the perfect spot. Polite, friendly, and professional, making sure I had the paperwork and knew how to operate.

The two young men who came to install my new GE over-the-range-microwave were very prompt, courteous, friendly and experienced.
They worked together efficiently and completed the installation quickly, after which they reviewed the operation of the unit with me and we ran a few tests.

They also Uninstalled my old, broken microwave and placed it in the box that had contained the new unit and took it with them to send it to microwave heaven.

I would be happy to use this company again if the need arises.

Recently, Mega Plumbing Company was hired to install a new dishwasher, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The technicians arrived on schedule and handled the entire setup with impressive precision and care. They made sure everything was leak-free and perfectly leveled, and also took precautions not to damage anything in my home. It is rare to find such professional and efficient service, so I will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs.

I can’t rate Mega highly enough in regard to their communication. I received emails and texts every step of the way, including the date of the installation of our new dishwasher, all the way up until the installer arrived at our house. They installed the over the stove microwave. They greeted me and installed the microwave very quickly. They covered the stove they cleaned up and set the clock. They showed me how to use fan and made sure it was working great. Very nice professional workers

The installers called to ask for our permission to come early! And we said, YES! They arrived on time, was very respectful, and very professional. They installed our cooktop in about an hour, answered our questions, and cleaned up after themselves! Would definitely use them again!

Mega Plumbing Corp installed a microwave and a dishwasher I purchased from Lowe’s. The automated emails system from Mega Plumbing was excellent and they arrived in the confirmed installation window with the appliances they picked up from Lowe’s. Mega Plumbing was very thorough with the install ensuring everything was level with the dishwasher and made sure both appliances operated as expected. There were no dents or any issues with the appliances at install. They also removed existing appliance and took them away. I would recommend Mega Plumbing for my next appliance install.

We had a very old cooktop with irregular sizes...so replacing it would be a chore. The young man who came, was meticulous. He measured, marked, made sure it would not hurt the existing drawers, made perfect cuts, installed the cooktop and cleaned up. We could not have asked for anything more. He was professional, but took the time to explain how it would all work. Highly Recommend!

Absolutely Fantastic Visit. Not just on time but a little early. Jim took great care to be sure all his efforts were cleaned up and no issues during installation of not just one but two Kohler Toilets and one upstairs on third level and one downstairs on basement level.
Job was done skillfully and quickly. Very pleased.

Oscar and his assistant were very cordial and acted in a very professional manner. They made sure that the stove and the floor in from to the stove was covered. It did not take them long to install the microwave and they showed me how to operate it. His helper had a small vacuum and wiped off the stove and counter and vacuumed the floor. It was a very professional experience and I would recommend them to others.

Mega plumbing came to install our over the range microwave that we purchased from Lowes. The two technicians showed up right on time as scheduled. They were very pleasant and efficient at installing our microwave. They worked quickly and did a great job. Cleaned up everything when they were done and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. I would definitely recommend these folks for anyone who is needing professional installation of an appliance.

Great communication, problem solving and professional services. Our installer Agi was nothing but amazing. He installed our new over stove microwave and dishwasher we purchased from Lowe’s. We ran into a few situations with the replacement of the dishwasher. First, the under sink shut off valve malfunctioning. He spoke to his office and LOWES about the situation and moved forward with mitigating the problem and replaced the leaky under water sink shut off valve, (additional charge). *Remember problems can arise when plumbing is involved, especially in older homes, my opinion.
Second, was the unseen behind the cabinet tiny entry holes. They are needed to thread the hoses to connect the new dishwasher to the under kitchen sink water line. He increased the hole entry size and raised it up higher. Our previous setup was a headache. The hose position used to caused sink water back ups into the dishwasher. I am glad we won’t have to deal with water backups into the dishwasher anymore. Finally, I highly recommend this company. They are awesome!!!🤩

5-star for skills , professionalism and punctuality. Their service man was very professional and done very near and clean job with 50% cost of his competitors. Must recommend!!!
