Turns out my ac was just fine as a whole and just turned out to be a minor issue. Payam was very very thorough and very knowledgeable in explaining the issues regarding my ac. Payam is truly the best! He is honest and reliable. When my water heater started leaking I called another company for an emergency appointment. They were there 5 minutes and told me I needed a new water heater for $7,000. Called Payam and he was able to fix it for a low cost without replacing the whole thing. Just recently my AC went out on a Friday at 3 pm. He was at my house by 3:30. Being a single homeowner that has no idea what I’m doing, it’s so refreshing to having some like Payam and know I’m not getting taken advantage of. I recommend him to all my friends.

First time using this company. It had great reviews which I'm often skeptical of. The service I needed wasn't an emergency as the A/C works just fine, it was just leaking somewhere. Tech arrived on time, very helpful, nice, and answered every question I had. Work was done without a hitch. Payment was easy. After this interaction, I feel like I would call upon them again for future maintenance or issue.
