I don’t even know where to begin. We had a neighbor’s large tree split and was hanging in our tree close to our house. We contacted Phillips Family Tree Care who was extremely easy to schedule an estimate with and within a day of the estimate they were onsite working 😀. The entire team was beyond professional, courteous and were exceptionally respectful of our property! They took care of our issue and also removed a second section which was on a neighboring property in just a few hours. This was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had with a company in a very long time. GREAT JOB! We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

One of our large tree split and majority fell onto our property and the end of it fell into our neighbors.. I contacted Phillips Family Tree Care since I saw all the amazing reviews. Easy to schedule an estimate was given quickly & they were onsite working . The entire team was beyond professional, kind, and very respectful. They took care of our issue and also removed branches that were hitting my roofing. This was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had with a company even after a stressful matter they were able to fix and make the property look like nothing happen. They did an AMAZING JOB!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service and will definitely use them again if needed. Very thankful for all there hard work.

We had Phillips Family Tree Care come and prune several trees, they did an excellent job including clearing up the area. Given our experience with them we have asked them to provide us an estimate to remove a fairly large pine that has several issues that will make it difficult to deal with but Brendon and his team are thinking "outside of the box" in order to provide us with a viable solution. If you need any sort of tree service they can provide you with good quality work at a fair price.

Phillips Family Tree Care contacted immediately after I reached out to them. They removed 5 tall pine trees from our yard. Removed the stumps and hauled away everything. Trimmed 4 trees od lower branches and pruned them away from the house. My yard. you couldn't even tell that they were even here. Professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. One of the best experiences I've had with businesses since moving back to the area. You will not go wrong by hiring this company, you can rest assure that they will definitely take care of you and your tree needs.

This company went above and beyond my expectations for removing 3 trees. I received multiple quotes from people and they where the most reasonably priced out of all of them. On top of that, they were able to get here the next day after I approved the quote. Very personable and extremely friendly. Like previous reviews stated, they left the yard way better than it was before. They hauled away 3 extremely large trees and ground the stumps down. Highly recommend this company.

Brendon & his colleague did an excellent job of trimming the dead wood out of our very tall trees. They also trimmed to raise the canopy on a few others that were getting in the way of smaller trees nearby. From the initial estimate, to completion Brendon and his teammate were polite, courteous and diligent workers. Brendon took the time to listen to what I was asking for and completed it as requested. They also cleaned up the debris from their work. Both of the guys were great to work with. We'll definitely have them back when we need more tree work and recommend them to others. Have used this company a couple of times over the past 6 years for removal, trimming and maintaining large trees on my property. The team has always been professional, the clean up is impeccable. I like that the owner is an arborist and he recommends what is best for preserving the trees.

The initial evaluation, planning and execution was thorough. All my needs and concerns were addressed. I had a rotting beech tree right next to my home and big limbs overhanging the rooftop. The team efficiently and safely took care of these issues. A few more less exciting ones were also handled. They accommodated some extra requests and left the site clean.

I am also very impressed by their conservation efforts, Wendi and Brendon walked my property with me and educated me on tree health and preservation.

Overall, can’t beat the value, expertise and service that they provide. Extremely professional, incredible, quality work. This family operation treats their customers like family.

Phillips Family Tree Care was the best! I was so impressed by how quickly they made it out to give an estimate and clean up a large fallen tree within the next day. Price is highly reasonable and I would higher recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

No follow thru ... Put me off 2 weeks after they said they were coming. Call asked about my appointment.... Wasn't even on the schedule. There has to be other people out there that work on trees that come and do what they say they're going to do. I've used them in the past got good service but this year service is truly lacking.

Have used Bartlett for around 3 years. Turned a struggling line of new installed trees into a healthy, appealing, privacy line. DW Coble is on top of everything. Does what he says when he says he is going to do it. Explains everything.

On time-professional personnel, attire and amazing set up with strict adherence to safety protocols. Absolute great results of trimming of our two 30 year old willow oaks. Bobby Nance came right out to examine a dying tree in our yard. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After identifying the problem, he took pictures and explained our problem. I would highly recommend this company's services.

They were as respectful of our yard as they were of us! They were a little bit more expensive than the last company but they took such care... did not use harmful spikes when climbing our trees to trim.. didn’t gouge our yard with heavy removal equipment. We had tons of damage to our yard from the cheaper company. Will only use Bartlett from now on!

Bobby Nance is an arborist with Bartlett and restored my 70 year old tree back to a healthy tree. He's very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Highly recommend them
