Very punctual and professional. I had a bunch of tree pruning needs and Mike and his crew pruned a big oak and decent size maple getting all the dead wood out and also stacking the logs for me to use later on in the fire pit. Awesome job for an awesome price.

Mike was extremely professional and obviously put his/workers safety along with my property safety ahead of everything else. Him and his crew were very polite and respectful. His pricing was on par with his competitors. But what made me choose his service over others was his professional demeanor. Growing up in a construction family I understand professionalism brings a lot to the table. He and his crew definitely brought it. I would recommend to anyone to use his service.

I am the chairman of the architecture and greenbelt for Framingham Village. We needed to remove a tree that was dead . Also we have 2.7 miles of natural trails and one of them was in really bad shape . I dealt directly with Michael who responded to my call immediately. His crew showed up on a Saturday and, they worked the whole day . I highly recommended Tree Top Tree Service.

We had a very good experience with this company. We were quoted a reasonable price to cut broken/limbs off of neighbors tree over our property. They responded quickly for a visit for a quote and were very professional and performed work with safety in mind and even cleaned up very nicely after they were done. Thank you.

My poor kitty was stuck in a tree (probably about 80 feet up by the time Tree Tops was called) for 3 days. Fire department came twice and other services also came. We also had quite a few neighbors trying to get her down. But she just kept going higher. Finally, Michael came out after a friend called them. From the moment he got there to when him and Austin left, there was constant communication with each other and me. I knew what the guys were doing every step of the way. The guys did not give up and stayed patient until my baby girl was safely on the ground. My stubborn little girl stayed put for 2 and a half hours and jumped out of the bag 3 times, but Michael and Austin kept on pushing and would not rest until they got her.

Mike and his crew were outstanding. Mikes knowledge of our trees and what to do with them helped clean up our yard and kept it affordable. The team he had with him were hard working and considerate. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you Mike!

Mike and his crew did a great job on our neighbor's tree, so I grabbed him over to my yard to give me a quote. I agree and then they did my tree too. The tree trimming and pruning even up high was done so well. I was very impressed with their health and safety, rigging, etc. And incredibly impressed with the stellar cleanup and haul away. Great job! I definitely recommend them.

Mike and his crew is amazing! They showed up every morning and went to work. They took care of 10 Humongous pines trees and 2 gum trees for us in our backyard.

We already had several neighbors interested in Mikes services. All the kids in the neighborhood would stand from afar and glazed up at them working almost 60-70 feet in the air removing ours trees.

We still have about 12 more pines trees to clear in the back and I can’t wait to have Mike and his crew back out.

Mike is so down to earth and all around such a good honest guy. I inquired about an oak tree in our front yard that I thought needed trimming and he said. “Yeah maybe in a year or so” Thank you for being so honest.

We will definitely be using him for all of our tree services from here on out. We will spread the word to all of our friends and family, because I love spreading good news about good small own businesses.

Michael and his son skillfully and masterfully removed a fallen leader from our 100ft tall oak tree with ease, and followed up by trimming all of the trees on our property to help prevent any future worries. They cleaned everything up as if they were never here and did it all in a timely and professional manner. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

Mike and his guys did a great job removing 3 trees in my front yard. with potential damage to my garage but no mishaps, rigging was done exceptionally SAFE. All debrie was picked up and area cleaned. Mike and his crew have been maintaining my trees for over six years now. Mike is not only a wonderful, stand-up guy but also highly educated in his trade. Time and time again, he delivers five-star quality work. His prices are more than fair considering the exceptional craftsmanship he puts into shaping and maintaining trees. His crew is knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. I have complete peace of mind knowing that after their work, my house is safe and my trees continue to grow healthier. As a repeat customer, I can confidently say there is no other company I'll call for tree service.

OLD REVIEW. My neighbor behind me had a giant cedar tree that tree tops tree service took down, and looking at there work and how well they cleaned up after themselves for my neighbor, I decided to talk with Mike (business owner) very nice, genuine person that cares about the customer. We ended up chatting for a bit and he was able to give me a quote right on the spot for trimming my two giant oak trees that was desperately needed. I was told by Mike that he would reach out to me the following week to get started, sure enough the entire job was done that same week in a very fashionable manner, quick and efficient. Mike and his crew worked like a well oiled machine. My experience with Tree Tops Tree Service put my faith back that their are still company’s out there that truly care about there clients, I felt taken care of and quality work was performed on my property, needless to say I will never reach out to another tree company as long as Tree Tops Tree Service is still around.

Mike and his crew did a phenomenal job trimming my pine trees. They had tons of obstacles, in-ground pool, palm trees, banana trees, crepe myrtle trees, a swing, my beautiful Koi pond and most importantly my neighbor’s garage. It was incredible the precision they used to execute this daunting task with NO DAMAGE.

When I came home from work, you would’ve never known they where there.

He takes the time to train his crew, offer them positive feedback and keep his clients updated and in the loop, ensuring they are completely satisfied with work done. These guys even neatly stacked all the firewood we had asked them to save for us from the trees they cut down. We recommend him to anyone looking for quality and professional 5 star tree service!

These guys were amazing! I had two oaks in my yard in bad shape. BOTH had dropped branches on my neighbors' fences (two separate fences). They were very professional and courteous and helped to work within my budget for what I needed. It only took a couple days after putting my down payment in for them to show up and they made fast and efficient work of the two trees exactly to what I had specified and made certain to clarify anything in question to ensure my satisfaction with the work. I told them they could leave the branches and logs for me to cut into firewood and they still cut it up for me and placed them where and how I directed as a courtesy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would as I have not dealt with many good companies here in Chesapeake, but these guys will certainly get any future arborist related work from me without hesitation or a second thought on my part. Tree Top's Tree Service is the best tree company in Chesapeake, VA. We had several quotes about a wild black cherry tree in our back yard that we were told by other companies was near the end of its life. Michael and his team were honest about the state of our tree and reassured us that it was in great health and only needed to be pruned back. He took the time to discuss the health of multiple trees on our property and shared valuable knowledge on maintenance. Highly recommend Tree Tops.

I recently hired Tree Tops Tree Service for a tree removal, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism was top-notch. I can’t recommend Michael and his crew enough. We had some wind damage to a tree and Michael came out the next day to give a quote. He was very knowledgeable about the health of the tree and was able to save the tree and just remove the damaged portion. The crew also trimmed up two other trees in our yard and did a great job of navigating around the shed and neighbors’ fencing. I did not for a minute feel that I was being upsold or taken advantage of. Honest people, good work, very reasonable pricing, and good communication. Can’t ask for more than that!

We had multiple companies come to give us a quote. Michael made us feel the most comfortable. Danielle was super sweet and professional on the phone. Everyone we had contact with was professional, knowledgeable and polite. No one tried to upsell us (no, we do not need to cut down more trees) and actually told us how we could save one of the ones we were having removed, should we choose that route.

They always called ahead, not just randomly showing up. Always called back or texted, usually writhing in a couple hours, if not minutes. Cleaned the area better ran it was and even hauled off some other limbs that were already down.

It’s such a relief to have the dead tree gone! Should we need the expertise of an arborist in the future, we will definitely be calling Mike and his team.

Very pleased with the work from Tree Top's. We have a massive oak tree fairly close to our house that was growing over top of the roof and beginning to reach the shingles. I was very concerned about a tree service being able to get the limbs trimmed back without damaging our home. Michael was prompt with coming out and giving me a very fair estimate. He's very respectful and prompt with communications. Once I agreed to the estimate he was able to work me into his schedule in just a few days. I wasn't able to be home when he did the work, but I was not disappointed. He climbed the tree and roped down the limbs. The pruning was done very well and was careful to not damage the oak when climbing - he doesn't use spikes. The cleanup was excellent. Zero damage to our house. I am very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend. I've included before and after pics.

If you need tree removal of any sort, look no further, Michael & his team are top tier! This is the second time we have used them & both times they exceeded our expectations with everything from the communication, to the work performed & the cleanup. When we got our first quote for some small trees, we mentioned that we may want our 4 bigs trees removed in the future for fear of them causing damage to our home. Instead of looking for a payday Michael educated us on our larger trees, advised us they were still very healthy strong trees & talked to us about pruning them. Never once did he try to sway our decision either way but wanted to give us our options. Ultimately, we decided we want to get a pool put in so we decided to contact Michael again to have the large trees removed. Today his team came & took down our 4 large oak trees. They had to remove part of our sidewalk to get the big trucks in our backyard so they didn’t crack it and actually put it back in more level than it was when they removed it. A+ service all the way around.
