Michael and his team were great! The morning they came out was extremely cold and windy but they got the job done with everything I requested. They left my property clean and my backyard looks fantastic. Great communication throughout and easy to work with! After the work was completed Michael walked the property with me to ensure everything was to my satisfactory. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Michael and his team at Tree Tops Tree Services highly enough. After living down the street from Michael for years and watching his professional crew gather and prepare each morning, I felt confident turning to them when I needed help — and they exceeded every expectation.

Shortly after purchasing my new home, my insurance company flagged the trees being too close to the roof. It was frustrating (and baffling that the issue didn’t come up before closing), and I felt completely out of my depth when it came to tree work and the process that follows. Michael was exactly the person I needed. From our very first conversation, he walked me through every step with patience, clarity, and professionalism. He explained my options, outlined safety considerations, gave a fair and transparent estimate, and scheduled the work promptly.

On the day of service, the crew arrived on time, well-equipped, and courteous. They worked efficiently and safely, taking obvious care to protect the house, landscaping, and anything else nearby. Communication was consistent throughout the job, and Michael made sure I understood each stage of the process. The site was left clean and tidy — better than I expected.

I have used Brooks Tree Service twice this year for tree/shrub removal and trimming. A very professional and efficient team directed by Charles Brooks. Other than the tree or shrub that was removed, you wouldn't know that they were there!! Any/all leaves or branches were raked up and shredded. The street and driveway was swept clean. You might find a less expensive company, but you won't get the guaranteed, quality and careful service that Brooks provides. You get what you pay for!! An absolute pleasure to work with - thank you, Charles.

Brooks did a great job! Excellent communication. They took out 2 trees for us, one of which was tricky to get to with limbs over the neighbors. Mr. Brooks was knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. My new go to tree company!

Must have caught elder Mr. Brooks on a bad day. Did have some difficulty initially setting up a time for an estimate w/ him; perhaps he was annoyed b/c of that. I had hopes this company could help w our tree care needs; at least give an estimate. Our landscape trees (mostly hollies) had become overgrown b/c the owner had become disabled and unable to maintain them. C. Brooks offered nothing but complaint & negativity. Compassion & professionalism was lacking from him on this visit. Unfortunate. Disappointed. Surprised.

We used Brooks tree Service to prune/trim the Crepe Mertle in our back yard. It had been 10 years since it was pruned last, and they did a wonderful job on it. They cleaned up the entire back yard and left it cleaner than when they arrived. Will definitely use them again if needed.

We chose Brooks Tree Service on the recommendation of friends. We were in need of tree trimming due to the damage winter storms had caused to one of our trees. There were many broken limbs, we were unsure of trimming verses cutting the tree down . We also had decided to trim other trees on our property. At the time of estimate , Mr. Brooks gave an assessment of health of the tree and the appropriate trimming of the branches and expected end result. We chose to trim the tree branches, and are very pleased with the results, as well as the other branches trimmed from trees in the yard . From the time I met with Mr. Brooks for the estimate until completion of the job, his approach was professional. He gave a written, detailed estimate with reasonable pricing. His team of works proficiently together to get the job done.You would never know anyone was here, the clean up after was so complete !! I would highly recommend Brooks Tree Service

We have used Brooks Tree Services for several years now. They have always provided high quality service and are very responsive. Many other companies simply cut down/remove trees without any consideration for preservation or restoration. Brooks Tree Services takes the opposite approach -they were able to save one of our trees that had sustained extensive storm damage. Highly recommended

Ryan and his team removed 19 very large pine trees from my backyard in a somewhat confined area. They did an excellent job and I really like Ryan and the team. They were responsive to my request and also help my neighbors out as well. I would recommend Brooks Tree Service. Thank you Ryan!

Had a great experience with Brooks Tree Service. I have previous experience in this line of work before I joined the military and knew what the job I had would have cost. Charles was right in my buget and very professional. He set up several different options in the estimate because I wanted to do some of the work myself to save on labor cost. Charles and his crew showed up on time and made sure the job site was clean before they left.

Mr. Brooks came out as agreed upon on 29 Nov 2017, and he and his team did an awesome job on my property! I had a couple of dead Willows, overgrown shrubbery, overturned small evergreen, and 6 or 7 River Birch's that needed to be pruned and cleaned up. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep his contact info for any future work and highly recommend him to everyone! (If there is one negative, it's that he doesn't accept credit cards.)

Had to have a dead tree removed in an emergency, called several services and Brooks was the only one that would be able to get out in a hurry. Not only did Mr. Brooks show up and give a reasonable estimate, he was able to remove the dead branches in 2 days after initial contact. He and his crew were on time and did a fantastic job with the removal and clean up. Will definitely be calling him back to do more maintenance/removal as needed.

Mr Brooks personally met with my wife and I and we spoke about the job that we needed. He listened very attentively and together we all walked the property and went over the details. (It was a large job with some specific requests) He was so respectful and nice and his explanation detailed what services he would be providing, suggestions that he had, and also very important information about what my wife and I should expect. He told us that even if we did not choose him to do the job, here are all of the things that we should expect and be sure to specify to the person that we did hire. His price was very fair and we both agreed that this company would produce the results that we were hoping for. Brooks worked quickly and finished the job in the time that he had informed us it would take with very impressive results. We would highly recommend Brooks Tree Service!

Had 2 trees removed that were 5’-10’ from the house and 40’ and 60’ tall.
With the trees so close to the house Mr Brooks was on site guiding the process.
Everyone on the crew had a job. They kept the debris cleared for safety. They finished the job by blowing off the porch, walkway and driveway...made sure there was no debris in the street and took every bit of the trees offsite.
His company was recommend to me by a neighbor and I recommend them as well.

Mr Brooks was on-time and up-front about what the job I need done would take. He explained in detail what was necessary to complete the job and what other work needed to be done, without being pushy for the work. I have additional work to be done and I will return to Mr Brooks to do the work!

Well, as I said above I had Mr. Brooks return to remove the other trees that needed taken down. This job required him and his team to work in a confined space due to boundaries and other out-buildings. Again the work was completed professionally and the clean-up exceeded my expectations.

He is not the cheapest but is definitely one of the best. I can unreservedly recommend him and his team.

We've used Brooks Tree Service 5 or 6 times since 1988. Charles Brooks has helped us most often by cutting back tree growth over our pool. He has an eye for making the cuts to stimulate growth so the tree looks good *next* year and the years after. He knows how they grow, and how to trim them to look their best. We use him again and again because he is knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with.

The Brooks crew did an excellent job of trimming and pruning 4 large trees in our front and back yards.
They arrived on time and completed the job as promised. They cleaned up the debris, the driveway and the deck.
We have used them before and will continue to use them for our future needs.

Mr. Brooks was very knowledgeable; thoroughly answering all my questions and concerns regarding a few trees on our property. He provided a detailed quote with options and educated me without pressuring. He was very responsive in our communication and showed up on time with a fantastic, hard-working, and respectful crew the day the work was scheduled. I left before the work was completed and I came home to a yard that you wouldn't have known a work crew had even been there except for the missing trees, limbs, and stumps. They did a great job, provided wonderful service, and were fantastic about cleaning up behind themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else in need of tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding.

I have used Brooks Trees Service 3 times now. He took out 6 trees close to the house. All went well he sights and measures each tree before sawing to ensure the tree falls precisely where desired. On each occasion his crew cleans up very well. No mess for the homeowner to bother with. All are very polite and a pleasure to do business with.

We had one tree removed and two trimmed back. I would recommend Brooks Tree Service to anyone. They were careful with our property and took all precautions taking down our dead tree.
