If you are looking for honesty, professionlism, experienced, and knowledgeable. Stop! Don't go any futher, Cutting Edge Total Comfort will take care of you. Lamar explained the process. He is friendly and verrrry knowledgeable. Guess what?? Lamar wore shoe coverings to protect our floors. Thank you for quality!!!

The tech, Jacob, was on time and very polite. He was considerate of our home and our time. He asked if we had any questions and explained what he was doing. We will continue to renew our service agreement with Cutting Edge for a 5th year.

Technician Drew is awesome very knowledgeable and knew what my issue was as soon as he looked at my gas pack. I have had multiple techs out and been over a year without reliable heat. Great tech one of the best I have seen.

Brandon was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He introduced himself before asking me if he could come into my home, and before he entered my home he put booties over his shoes. He kept me informed of what he was doing the whole time he was there and when he was finished, he explained the problem to me in terms I could understand.

I had an excellent experience with Wilson. He was extremely professional, and his depth of knowledge was impressive—he explained each step of the diagnostic process clearly and thoroughly. He quickly identified the issue with my upstairs system, and now I’m just waiting for the parts to arrive for installation. I was so impressed with the level of service that I went ahead and purchased their service plan to cover both of my home’s HVAC systems as well as the mini split in my garage.

Drew did a great job checking my mini-split system to determine the issue with the low heat under cold weather conditions.
He took his time to check both the inside and outside unit.

They were sent by Home Warrenty and I was very happy with the service and professionalism. Was without heat in 20 degree weather for two days and they were promote and fixed my furnace the same day. I would highly recommend this company and I thank them for helping me so quickly.

This was our first time with Cutting Edge after using the same company for ten years, which had then been sold and was no longer providing the service we had been used to. I was looking for a locally owned company who would care about customer service. I was NOT disappointed. From my first conversation with Lindsey to the HVAC maintenance service provided by our technician Matt, the experience has been excellent. Matt explained everything he did and how the system was working without trying to "sell" me anything unnecessary products.

Had the home warranty have Matt come out he did what he was allowed to do gave me great insight. Would recommend at a tech based on what he showed me and was able to explain. Hopefully everything gets approved for him to come out and do the maintenance.

My experience with Cutting Edge was great. Gene and Brandon did a great job showing and explaining why things weren't working and what needed to be fixed. Everything needed was on the truck and my dinosaur of an oil furnace is back up and running. Thank you!

Cutting Edge heating and air did a great job for us! They arrived one day after my home warranty company contacted them. Matthew the technician was able to get our heating system up and running quickly and got us heat back in our house. Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained to me what it was that he seen with my unit and what he thought he was going to have to do to get it up and running again. Matthew was very nice and easy to work with and when I spoke to him about having my units serviced in the spring and fall, which we always do, he told me about the program that they had and after looking at it and talking to Matthew about what it included we purchased it which is something that we normally don’t do because we always like to shop around first but it was fairly priced and if you are on it and have a problem with something during the busy time of year rather then having to wait a week or 2 they move you up and get to you right away so we would recommend purchasing it if you want peace of mine and not have to worry about remembering to schedule it early enough so that you’re not waiting to have it done because you forgot to call early enough in the season. It’s very fairly priced and comes with advantages like I mentioned that you would not have otherwise which could be very beneficial to you in the summer or the winter. Again, I just want to point out that Matthew was very professional, very easy-going and would recommend Cutting Edge to my family, my friends and anyone who asked me if I knew a good heating and air company. Thank you too all the people at Cutting Edge for fitting us in so quickly and getting our heat turned back on when it’s been so cold for the last few days in our home and a very special thank you to Matthew!

My Home Warranty Company picked your company for the no heat issue from vent, blowing cold. I was concerned with so many bad reviews, but that's what they went with. Met Jacob, the tech, quiet, low key guy, straight to the point. He diagnosed the issue, part took awhile to get, no real updates from agents or Crystal. Annie was great for scheduling. Home warranty was emailed for update, they forwarded email to Cutting Edge, worked out, short 4 word reply. Didn't get receipt or any emails of conclusion. But happy it's done.
Heat fixed within two weeks. Service fee $100.00 .So far it's working. Wish a call on the way since there is a 5 hour window. But it worked out.
Jacob did an outstanding job. The reviews I was referring to were from the past lowest. I'm very happy with the work done.

Our HVAC stopped working last night, and they were able to send someone out around 9AM today. The technician (Mr. Gene) arrived promptly and fixed the issue right away. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers, before entering the house. He was very respectful of our property, friendly, and professional. He provided a clear quote before starting any work and offered helpful tips for preventing future issues. Highly recommend this company for their prompt, courteous, and reliable service! Purchased my HVAC 7 yrs ago and preventative maintenance has been completed by Matt most visits since installation. Not only is he thorough but he explains on my level of understanding. Great team member!

Today was latest visit: I had a tankless water heater installed. Excellent customer service!

We had such a good experience with total edge comfort. We had two technicians come out. Lemar came out and looked at our unit, let us know what the issue was and and Jacob came out the next day with the part to fix it. They were both so nice. Professional and knowledgeable.
They both let us know if we had any questions we could ask as well, which I really appreciated.
Would recommend to anyone! 10 out of 10.
Also, office staff is excellent as well!

Our first experience with Cutting Edge Total Comfort, it couldn't have been better. Tech Drew arrived quickly on the same day we had our HVAC outage, his diagnosis of the problem was spot on and repairs were quickly completed. Drew shared his findings and suggested repairs, making me knowledgeable about the problem and what would be needed to fix it. Couldn't have asked for better communication, and we were warm again in very short order. Thank you Drew, and Cutting Edge!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

Our heat stopped working on February 19, 2026. A technician came out the following day, February 20, 2026, and replaced the thermostat. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, and we were charged nearly $2,000 for the service. The technician informed us that since the replacement part did not fix the problem, the company would issue a refund.

We were then advised that the entire unit needed to be replaced at an estimated cost between $10,000 and $15,000. Given the significant expense, we decided to obtain additional quotes and were able to find a much more affordable option elsewhere.

After notifying Cutting Edge that we would not be moving forward with their company and requesting the refund we were told we would receive, we were informed that we are not eligible for a refund because we chose another provider. This directly contradicts what we were originally told by the technician.

Additionally, we have made multiple attempts to speak with a supervisor to resolve this matter. My husband has called twice, and I have called once, and we have not received a return call.

We are extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through, communication, and professionalism throughout this experience.

Jeremiah & Brandon were great. My wife & I had a new hvac system installed today. I also had them install an Ecobee Premium thermostat & Reme HALO-LED air purifier. We were kept informed of the job from start to finish. The entire staff from Mandy & Amy were all very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Cutting Edge Total Comfort!

Brandon and the whole team were spectacular! They were very thorough with some very cool tools. I followed Brandon to the attic and he took the time to show and explain everything that he was doing so that I understood and felt comfortable with the diagnosis. Based on the terminology, the numbers, and his understanding of the engineering principles required in this line of work I feel like five out of 5 stars is sorely inadequate for the amazing job that he did. I would also like to compliment the whole team as everything from the scheduling call through to completion of the job was top-notch. I couldn't recommend Cutting Edge more!
