Technician came during time expected. Called and introduced himself, Dalton was professional and friendly, let me know what would be best solution for problems presented. More than pleased with work, price, and customer service.

Our technician , Drew, was very thorough, professional, and friendly. He explained everything very well as to what he did. I highly recommend Cutting Edge Total Comfort.

I found both service techs that came to service the unit to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave this a four star is that another piece had to be ordered and instead of making the appointment for two days to allow for shipping, they did not even make the appointment until after the part had arrived, which was the very next day, but it caused our unit to not be serviced for a whole week. If this had been the really hottest weather, it would’ve been terrible without AC for 3 total weeks. Outside of that I thought they were fantastic.

Your technician showed up on time introduced himself. I took him to the backyard to show him the crawlspace and explained the problem he said he would go into the crawlspace access the situation and be back shortly which he did .He came back explained to me the problems so that I could understand. He did an excellent job

Jeremiah Evans and his coworker were very polite and the work was amazing.
They also took tine to ensure to ler me know the smallest details relating to the air & heating install. They also didnt leave anything behind. They were the best. Please you would not go wrong with this company

Yes he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. Especially when he explained why there's no heat. And what needs to be done to fix the problem. And how he explained that this issue has to be sent to Home Warranty and that they would need to approve it, before anything can be done. Would definitely recommend him.

Cutting Edge Total Comfort was assigned to service our HVAC through our home warranty company. They were thorough and courteous through the entire process - scheduling with Lindsay, confirmation and reminders and the service technician, Brandon. Our technician seemed to really love the work he did, was knowledgeable and informative. While they were assigned to us this time, I would 100% use this company again based on the excellent service I received.

Kris and Adam did an awesome job installing a new AC unit at my home today. They were very thorough and professional, taking their time to do the job right. Checked my Heating Issue thoroughly and explained everything to us as he was analyzing the system. Appreciate his knowledge and professionalism

The thermostat / control board needed replacing. After the install, I set the thermostat to 70 and the system ran but would not go above 60. The attached alert keeps happening. Tech told me the thermostat has motion sensor and if no movement it will not reach the desired temperature. Tech came out and 2nd time and charged me for partially resolved solution. System works but reset continuously and the company insist on charging the 2nd dispatch fee.

Gene arrived on time and after checking my furnace, explained why it stopped working. He even took pictures of what needed repair.
He got the heat back on before a freezing snap was headed our way.
I would recommend Total Comfort.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We are absolutely delighted with Brandon's superb work in securing the mini split to the back of our barn, pending final inspection. (Another company's previous installation required some adjustments.) Brandon has a wonderful 'can-do" attitude, is knowledgeable, professional and willing to answer any questions, simply wonderful attitude and workmanship. Earlier, Brandon and his fellow worker arrived promptly to explain all that they would do, and both gentlemen were very congenial, energetic, skilled and pleasant. A joyful experience from start to finish, and we would like to add that the office staff has been most lovely and hospitable in making all this happen. Thank you all!

Mann technician Lemar was very knowledgeable he kept me informed throughout his whole visits here I felt like he was very honest and trustworthy, and I really appreciate that about him. For any future issues, if any I will definitely recommend to have Lemar sent back out to me. But I’m praying I won’t need him other than the yearly inspections.

We were more than pleased with our service. Brandon was professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the work he preformed to repair our unit. I would also like to compliment the office staff. They were short a technician and we were in jeopardy of having to reschedule. I explained that an elderly resident could not go another day without a/c. They went above and beyond to see that out service was completed. The Cutting Edge team is excellent. Lemar was friendly, efficient and fully explained the analysis and diagnosis. The company support staff were very friendly and helpful as well. This was a home warranty insurance covered repair and Cutting Edge was very helpful - the warranty company itself, not so much but that is usually the case with home warranty insurance companies.
