My mom had a problem with her furnace and needed it repaired. Mr. Joe Lawson came out and looked at it right away and needed a part to fix it. He found it the same day and got everything fixed and up and running before the cold weather came the following day. Everyone from this company was so very kind and knowledgeable. They took time to explain everything and even called after the repair was completed to check and make sure that everything was working and the house was getting heat. They have excellent customer service and their pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs heating or cooling services. Working with them was one of the best experiences we have had with any home repair company that we have ever used and we will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Our furnace blower motor went out Christmas Eve day and it was extremely cold outside and in our house. Sawyer's was the only company that answered their phone and Joe came out the same day to diagnose. It took a couple days to get a new furnace but they installed it as soon as it arrived. They showed up with a trailer to haul off our old furnace. 5 months later and everything is working great and the AC is working great with the new install too. Really appreciate the help while we were in a bad spot right at Christmas.

My AC wasn't cooling my house as it should, I found E.L. Sawyer's on Angie's list with a few others. Out of all the places that called me back E.L. Sawyer's had the best customer service and I am not disappointed in the choice I made. Joe is a phenomenal person, who is not only great at what he does but you can tell he loves what he does and he takes pride in his business. Customer service was excellent and I felt confident and comfortable that he knew what he was doing and talking about when it came to my HVAC system. Just a wonderful experience all around, so if you are looking for someone to take care of your heating and conditioner problem, this is the business to call ❤

Fastest service you will get in the Hampton Roads area! They don’t overcharge and always go above and beyond to make sure you won’t have another problem down the line. My AC was back on within 2 hours of speaking to them. Extremely fair price too!

LET ME TELL YOU THIS. My experience was EXCELLENT. I reached out to this company on thursday 7/18/24 morning. My ac had went out. All I knew was,I was not cooling the house. I thought it was maybe the motor, but idk. I received EXCELLENT service. In about 24hrs,I had a new motor placed on my unit and a cool house. I was surprised at how reasonably priced my service was,especially for how quickly he responded. I will definitely be using them in the FAR FAR FAR future 😁

They have been my go-to AC and heat repair professionals for years. Last week my upstairs AC unit failed. They replaced it immediately. Their crew completed the replacement in 3 hours. They were very clean and professional . I would highly

Could not have had a faster and more professional experience. My AC went out over night and my house was 80 degrees. Called over 10 businesses in an attempt to have someone come out same day with no luck. Joe Sawyers not only returned my call immediately, but happened to be in the area and came out to my house within the hour!

Once again, Sawyer’s to the rescue! Jojo is definitely one of the most knowledgeable, efficient, and fastest responding HVAC guys you will find. Before even arriving, he asked what the problem was and diagnosed it almost immediately. Then once he arrived, he looked over any other potential issues and was able to help me get to the root of the problem. He got my heat working again right away and in not much time at all! I trust his work more than anyone, and I would recommend him fully!

My first experience with this company was today and very unfortunate, a contractor entered my apartment unit without knocking or permission. He just opened my door right up and once I yelled, he said “wrong apartment” and quickly backed out. They were not there for a job for my unit and we had not even known they were there for any other. What’s crazy is, this almost happened a second time when the other contractor TRIED THE DOOR AGAIN. We had locked it thank goodness, but the second man tried the doorknob without knocking as well. Such invasion of privacy is not a great first experience for the company employed by my complex.

Incredible service, professionalism, and integrity. I was being completely scammed by another company. I called Joe for a 2nd opinion and he came out, immediately diagnosed the problem, engineered a solution, and talked me through the entire process and all the data. My family will be using them going forward. It is great to know that there are credible, honesty, and effective hvac technicians out there!

My HVAC system was 21 years old and finally gave out and after my home warranty company (Amazon Home Warranty, just don't) refused to cover my system, I was devastated to say the least. Luckily, a friend referred me to Edwards Heating & Cooling and I am so glad they did!

Edwards Heating & Cooling saved the day and is exactly what I needed! I am so PLEASED with the entire process from start to finish. They came out on Monday for a consultation, which was very professional and thorough. I received my quote, which was unbeatable, and we set an install date! My HVAC system was installed on Thursday and they did a beautiful job! The system works great! Also, I got a fancy new thermostat and a lesson in how to use it!

tl,;dr: reputable, honest, professional, personable, quick, responsive, the move 10/10, attached before and afters! Note the new platform for the outdoor unit!
