First let me just say I have had some really dishonest Ac companies come out in the past, so needless to say I was skeptical about who I called next. I happened to see on internet someone recommended this company so I looked at the reviews and they looked really good.
My unit had the old freon and the compressor was over 10 years old. I decided to give them a call and Travis came out and gave me an estimate on a new unit, I liked his kind, friendly presence and the way they sent the estimate on line and broke everything down as far as what they would do. I decided to take a chance.
They are kind great people and the paper work is impeccable on line - and in a bag ( they gave me a neat bag with all paperwork in order, several nice free items also, I was so surprised .
The appointments are spot on and quick. They are clean and thorough with their work from beginning to end. I am impressed and happy to say the least. My new unit is purring like a kitten. They are good about explaining things and they do it with a smile. This is a small company Steve- owner ( doing this for 30 years) Travis-son and two other guys. His wife and another lady are the ones answering the phones and they do an excellent job.
I feel good about this company!! Honesty in today's world is essential and I think I found that in this company thank the good Lord. Thank you Steve, family and your other couple guys for your kind service. I appreciate it more than you know.

I can't say enough how grateful I am with Pride Mechanical & Cooling. My AC went out over the weekend and upon my return needless to say that walking in the house was like a walk in the desert(not quite but anyway). I had got a number to call for another AC repair while I was on my way back into town and left a voice message. I never heard back so I call again in the morning, still no call. So my niece had sent me the number to Pride Mechanical. She said that they had great reviews and now I know why. They were able to come out the same day due to a cancelled service.They did have a slighty higher service fee than another place I had called( but, I figured that the other guys would have calculated the difference on something else anyway.) It was interaction of call with Mrs. Debbie that made stick with Pride. From start to finished it was a very pleasant experience, from Mrs. Debbie the office rep to the tech's that came out Isom and Talon. Two wonderful young men(brothers) that were so sweet and kind. They got my AC up and running in no time at all. From now on I will Never call another AC repair company unless it's Pride Mechanical Heating & Cooling. There number is now on speed dial!

I can't say enough positive things about Pride Mechanical Heating and Cooling! From the polite and bubbly receptionist, to the professional and knowledgeable technicians, they get 10 stars from me! My AC has been on and off since March, and 3 other companies came out and could not find the issue. Pride came out and took the time to find the issue. They were very meticulous, and found a small leak in my system that nobody else could find. Chris, Isom, and Steve all did an excellent job. They provided pictures and explained the issue and resolution to me so that I could understand the next steps. They even repaired some of my duct work to avoid a hazard. Pricing was fair, but I would pay more for the service that was provided. I work in customer service and can appreciate when a company is knowledgeable, friendly, willing to help, and professional. Pride Mechanical Heating and Cooling was all of that and more!

I had my venting lines flagged by the city for both my hot water heater and furnace. I had been given the run around by another company and after a week of no hot water I called 11 companies. This guy was my last call before I gave up. It was friday afternoon to make matters worse. My tech came out and replaced all this and was done in a couple of hours. I can't say how much I appreciated this! Hot water, especially with moving and little kids, is something I'm so grateful for! Thank you!!

I called Pride for a second opinion on suggested work from a contractor authorized by my warranty company. Travis came out, did a complete diagnostics on the system, provide enough freon to make us comfortable until the work of replacing a leaking coil could be made. Surprisingly, the work Travis did was excellent and came out $200 cheaper than what I would have had to pay even with my warranty contractor!!! Cancelled my warranty and will be using Pride for future work and will only go with a warranty company that allows me to pick my own contractors from here on....Thanks Travis for your professionalism and making the process stressless!!!

Our AC wasn't cooling as it should after we switched from heat to air. We contacted Pride from a friend. We had an appointment set up with "Debbie" within a time frame. The technician that came out was very nice and professional. His name is Isom. He did the diagnostic testing and told us what to do in order for the ice to melt off the element in the attic. When he returned it was all cleared. He replaced the freon needed and we were nice and cool again. I highly recommend PRIDE to family and friends. We were very pleased with their services in our home. From the phone call with Debbie in the office to the technician Isom expertise. He also made sure he put the covers over his shoes to keep flooring clean. Again, thank you Pride. Who ever picked the name for your company had the right idea. YOU TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Called Pride Mechanical after a bad experience with another big name HVAC company. Travis came out and went into my attic to inspect my furnace and evaporator coil and outside to look at my condenser unit. He did notice that the evaporator coil was leaking and in fact the the refrigerant that the other company put in 3 weeks prior without troubleshooting the issue, had leaked out. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and gave me a couple of great options moving forward.

He and Chris came out to the house and did an excellent job with the install. The house was cooler than it ever had been since we bought it! My wife and I can’t thank you guys enough as we had 2 young children and 85 degree temperatures in the house.

We will always call and recommend Pride for any HVAC services we may need in the future!!!

I highly recommend this company. The technician was able to locate my issue; the zone damper power head needed to be replaced. He was able to order the part and install it to restore my unit to its proper working order. Thankfully, I was given a discounted rate because I have a maintenance agreement with the company.
I appreciate that the technicians wear shoe covers in my home.

My furnace quit working right when it became very cold and windy. I googled the best gas furnace company and found these guys on yelp. After reading their great reviews, I decided to call them and they were able to come out the very next morning. Travis was super friendly and informative and had my furnace running again in no time at all. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need, which I loved. Finding a trustworthy company isn’t always easy to do. I loved the service so much and finding out that his parents own the company gave me a great feeling too. I decided to sign up for their 2x/year cleaning plan that includes discounted rates in between cleanings. I definitely highly recommend Pride Mechanical for your furnace needs.

I contacted this company as I needed maintenance due to the system no longer working. Coordinating a tech to come out was faster than I thought especially in this summer heat. The folks at Pride Mechanical are exceptional in every way! Beginning with the gals who always answer my calls to Steve, Travis, Chris and Isom - they all are so positive, professional, courteous, and are always readily available. Just this year, they have installed two new systems, repaired ducts, added ducts/vents, serviced systems at our home and at our rental properties. When we bought our home two of the four units were not operational and needed to be replaced. Within an hour we received an email with four options for each system allowing us to fully compare and make a well informed decision.

I called Pride Mechanical yesterday when our heat wasn’t working and they came out first thing today. Isom and Chris were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Pride Mechanical Heating & Cooling! I just replaced two split systems (upstairs and downstairs) and could not be more pleased. From beginning to end, Steve (owner) was involved in every aspect. During the initial visit, he walked me through my various options, pros and cons, without trying to up sale to a more expensive product.

On installation day, he and his team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They each had a task and went about it in the most professional way. If they ate lunch, it must have been fast because the work never seemed to stop. They were all extremely polite and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had along the way. My dog was a little tense with the different guests coming and going so each of the technicians made an effort to pat his head and put him at ease.

When they left, it was as if they were never there. All work areas were cleaner than when they started! I have had fairly good experiences with "bigger" HVAC companies in the past but I am so glad I ended up going with Pride Mechanical for this major purchase. The cost was substantially below the competition for the exact same product. Couple that with the high quality of work and you cannot beat them. I am now a lifelong customer. So impressed with this family owned business! Called as a new customer with AC not blowing cold air, and Debbie found a service visit for me the next day! Travis arrived as scheduled, found the problem, corrected it and then proceeded to inspect both outdoor units and attic unit for a maintenance check. He cleaned all coils and offered a service agreement to come by again in the fall and spring 2026. Clearly this business takes PRIDE in their work. Grateful for them!

We had been having issues with our Heat Pump system for awhile, and were worried about a high repair bill. Travis came out to diagnose the system and after some inspection and testing, he made some adjustments and the system is working great again. I was all ready to be told that I needed a new system, but he didn't try to trick me into spending thousands of dollars needlessly. I would definitely recommend!

Let me just tell you !!! I called this business today and Debbie Tatem was more than helpful. She was awesome. Stayed right on top of things until the job was done. Assured our satisfaction . Satisfaction is an understatement. Travis came out for us and he was the most professional helpful honest thorough technician. He was very polite friendly and I could not be more happy with the service we received! I will be staying with this company for all my future needs. When he left I promise you I was doing the hallelujah dance!!! From the first phone call to Debbie to him signing the receipt I could not believe how smooth the process went. Second time using the company this year. Once for heat, once for AC. I had an issue with my AC after hours and Travis came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. He was knowledgeable, personable, and a delight to work with. I had recommended Pride to a friend last week when he had a problem and he also had nothing but glowing reviews. If you want friendly, quality work from an honest company, you can feel very good about calling the team at Pride.

Chris came out and diagnosed a degraded fan motor. He gave me the option to choose between replacing the motor or the whole system without any undue pressure. I asked him to just replace the motor, and it works like a charm now. I appreciated the honesty and good work!

The pride mechanical heating and cooling company is super helpful, dependable, and courtesy, their price is reasonable and decent, their customer service is excellent and with full of carrying. Steve and Chris are very good at what they are doing and full of experience and knowledge, they are very professional in the industry and they are very respectful to customers. They are doing their work above and beyond. The team members make sure everything is working as they should be. Also the staff members have reaching out after the session and asking how my air conditioner works. I feel so satisfied with their service and the effort they put together.
