Had a fantastic experience with Pride Mechanical. I called on a Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day due to my ac unit freezing over. The lady that I spoke with was extremely kind and professional. Travis came the following day on time and was very professional and explained the issues he found with the unit and what that pricing would look like. He got the unit fixed, and went out of his way to get the work completed that day. Will definitely be calling them up again for any future maintenance and repairs!

I cannot say enough good things about Pride Mechanical. We have used them for years and they consistently go above and beyond. Their customer service is impeccable and their techs are thorough, personable, and EXTREMELY professional. We recently were in need of some emergency duct work and Stephen and Travis came out on their day off to quickly fix it. Thanks to them, our infant daughter's room is wonderfully cool and she can nap comfortably! (Thanks Stephen and Travis!) If you are in need of excellent AC or heat technicians, you have to go with Pride Mechanical. Locally and family owned and as professional as can be!

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate this company. Same day service and they don't overcharge. The technician came out, 10 minutes early to the quoted time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 35 minutes. No BS sales pitch, just efficient work.

Great honest service. They installed our AC and then we had some other problems and they were so nice getting out to fix everything.

Fantastic service technician. Very polite, knowledgable and HONEST. Realized my problem was minor and fixed it in five minutes. He could have charged me more.

I would highly recommend this company. Damon was honest, professional and polite. He defrosted my unit, found the sensor was bad. It was replaced and checked to make sure it worked properly. Very pleased with the service.

During this extremely hot last couple of day of course the A/C stops working at 11:00 PM. Joe Lawson had his son Joe & Joey come before noon the next day. Had the A/C up and running in 20 minutes or so. Thank god they had parts on hand. Although I am still waiting on the bill, (less then 4 hours after the service call) thanks for prompt and professional services. You have future customer and referring friends to you too. These last couple of days were blazing with hot temperatures. Our system went completely out and we called our no good home warranty company
hoping to get it fixed only to have nothing but disappointment,
a headache, and added stress. But stress BE GONE when
we got on the phone and called Joe and the team.........He came out and diagnosed us and his crew came the next day...He replaced our unit at the cost of next to nothing.….And not only were they on time, but very professional, knowledge, and polite...….They had us up and running in no time!! I am happy, the kids are happy, and my husband is also happy he can come home from his construction job to a cool home. The gentleman that showed to my elderly neighbors was found sitting Indian style on her floor in her bedroom laughing and exhibiting weird behavior then charged 800 for not really sure what and told her he had to eat too when she asked what was done and if problem was fixed. Weird all the way around however we called another company and found the problem choose to go with a new system and they were honest up front and took the proper steps to make sure she understood.

Joe was amazing. Another company had projected a repair bill of several thousand dolly. Joe did an inspection and found the system was likely tampered with and fixed it in 20 minutes for just the cause of a service call.
