Great Company to work with. Needed 15 year old water heater replaced. Bob and his team were able to get me scheduled earlier than expected and did a great job. Ben was on right on time, had the new water heater in and before I knew it he was cleaned up, clearing air from the lines and done! What a clean, efficient and professional job! Thanks Ben. 5 Stars. I highly recommend Connor Mechanical. They are honest and came out as quick as they could after I called. They repaired our system and did not pressure us into buying a new system even though it is older. Benjamin is extremely knowledgeable. When this system finally is unrepairable we will definitely call them.

I am so impressed by Conner Mechanical! My hot water heater busted, and I assumed I would need to replace it and told them that. After Benjamin had to check at a few locations to get a replacement unit, he ended up being able to just repair mine! They had the opportunity to take me for some money, but that is definitely not the kind of people they are. They are good humans that will always work to do the job right, in the most cost effective way, and leave you feeling VERY well taken care of. My dad has been in heating & air for my entire life, so since I live in a different state, I am so thankful to have a trustworthy company I can call when in need!

I cannot recommend Conner Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning enough! Our finished room over the garage (FROG), despite having ducts connected to our main HVAC system, just couldn’t stay cool—something I’ve learned is a common issue. Since I work from home a few days a week from this space and summer was quickly approaching, I needed a solution. The room temperature would often climb into the upper 80s!

James came out to evaluate the situation and walked me through my options. We had a thoughtful discussion about my goals and budget, and ultimately decided on installing a mini split. I wasn’t interested in a window unit—even though it would’ve been the most budget-friendly choice, it just wasn’t what I was looking for.

We settled on a Fujitsu mini split, and I have to say I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the installation. No corners were cut. I happened to come home on my lunch break the day it was being installed, and I saw one of the technicians on a ladder carefully wiping down the plastic housing that encases the copper line and power cables from the outside unit to the inside one. While this might seem like a small detail, that level of care and pride in their work is exactly what I want from a contractor.

We have been having, what seemed to be, a whole house plumbing issue. They came today (10/22/25). We could not have gotten 2 better people. James and Scott were so kind and reassuring that they could fix it ... and they did. They were so thorough. They found the problem and fixed it. I can 100% recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. They will be back to upgrade our system, so that we will better than our 53 year old house has ever been. We will be using them for ALL of our home needs. The picture is the temporary fix. Pipe and new clean out valve will be installed soon.

Total Care Heating and Cooling is awesome! My elderly mother recently had broken thermostat on a very cold Friday afternoon. As you might expect, my mother was frightened at the prospect of living in a very cold house with 2 cats and a dog over a long cold weekend. On her behalf, I quickly called several heating and cooling services for the possibility of them sending someone over to get her heating system working again. However, I was told that the earliest anyone could make a service call was Monday or Tuesday (after the weekend). Further more, I was told about exorbitant charges for a service call that would start the moment the service technician left his work facility traveling to her home. Of course, charges of this type are absolutely ridiculous and outrageous! When I called Total Care Heating and Cooling, the owner and proprietor (who must have an elderly mother) replied that he would be right over. (I later found out that he was working on a commercial job that he put on hold in order to respond to this emergency. This man is a true Christian!) Not only did he show up within the hour, he assessed the problem and jury rigged the broken thermostat to work temporarily until he could get to a supply house to get a new working unit that was compatible with the type of heating system my mother had. As it turned out, he had to call all around to find the only thermostat that would work and it had to be ordered and shipped overnight. When he returned the later, he installed the new unit and thoroughly checked over everything. The service that he provided was prompt and first class. The charges were very reasonable given the circumstances. I highly recommend Total Care Heating and Cooling. They are honest, caring, quick to respond, thorough and very reasonably priced. Total Care Heating and Cooling is the best!

Typical poor treatment of a female customer. Isom? Arrived, no introductions, no eye contact with me, and he was EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE of me. I would not recommend Pride Mechanical. They are not willing to help and I felt the discriminated against me because I am a woman.

After dealing with 3 other companies that American Home Shield sent that did absolutely nothing for the same issue we had every year for 3 years we said forget AHS & called on Pride Mechanical to handle our issue being that they did amazing work at or last residents years ago. They are very reliable, friendly, knowledgeable & get the job done with amazing results.

Travis, our technician came on time and was courteous. Our HVAC was inspected by Pride, coincidentally also Travis, back in March prior to buying our house. He noted on his return visit that the thermostat was not correctly wired which had not been touched since he previously passed the system with flying colors, as the house remained unoccupied. The capacitor blew which led to the blower motor burning out “somehow”. Interesting he didn’t catch the wiring problem during his initial inspection.

Edit: Regardless of whether the wire affected the motor, it was not caught during the home inspection which may indicate a deficiency in the level of quality.
