Well never deliver here again 3hour and 38 mins and counting out of hours because of long time and they won’t even allow me to park to finish out me break and I’m still not unloaded and they keep deleting my post and I keep putting it up

they will sell you a generic part , but not an OEM part unless your a contractor. Wish the clown on the phone would’ve told me that before I wasted my time.

Once again I am forced to make a criticism. This is a place where they do not care about the time of the drivers and also do not have the necessary equipment to receive merchandise. I wish them to go bankrupt soon. Drivers and trucking companies, if we want to be respected, start avoiding these places.

Ferguson HVAC is a Distributor of Fujitsu Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Commercial systems. As a participant student and having no before hand knowledge of Fujitsu equipment, the next two days where very enlightening. The class was advertised as a service school, it absolutely was. Break out lab sections with hands on live equipment are the best in the industry! The Ferguson Factory Fujitsu instructor Mr. Allen Dukes was completely knowledgeable on every aspect of the installation, start up procedures, and service of the systems. I’m totally impressed and highly recommend this Class!

Needed a capacitor on a record breaking hot day and showed up to Ferguson HVAC in Chesapeake a minute after closing. Thankfully, Ryan was there, just as he locked the door he saw me and opened back up. Ryan took great care to help me get what I needed and this enabled me to fix a unit for a church friend! I honestly have to say that was the best customer service I've received in 20 years. Thank you!

Well my experience here was bad... We had 9am appointment for delivery and 2 other deliveries in the area, driver arrived at 7am, they didnt take him till 9am we got unloaded at 11:15am. Less then half of the trailer... they know we had 2 other deliveries appointment was 10am and 11am for other delivers that we are obviously late cuz of 1st stop.. Pretty much unloading person didnt care that we have 2 more drops that needed to be make on time.
Biggest plot is, my truck was only truck there and they could take him at 7am they just didnt want to.

Im not saying its terrible unloading time its standard 2hours but the problem is they knew about other delivers cuz its their warehouses, they simply didnt care about that.

The person who was unloading the trailer told my driver, i got 2hours to offload you, simply didnt care about the other drops and driver's time

I will use them over and over again. Ben was awesome.

Bob was referred to me by a friend and he was all he said he would be. It was very cold and our baseboard heat was not working. He came out that same day and took care of the problem for us. He also explained the system since my sister's husband had passed away and no one at the house knew exactly how the heaters were supposed to work. We would highly recommend Bob!

Tech came to our house soon after I contacted their office. I had a leak coming from the crawl space into the attached garage. He was able to identify the source and repair in a short time frame. Top notch job, very professional and great value. They are now my plumbers.

I have been using Conner Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning for around 5 years. It’s the only company I will call for my home and workplace. Ginger and Benjamin provide excellent and prompt service. I can always count that their prices are fair.

10/10 call for all you HVAC needs. I called them early Friday morning about 8 AM. My A/C unit contactor had gone out overnight and the house was nearly 78 degrees. Benjamin arrived shortly after 10 AM, and got right to work diagnosing and repairing my unit. The prompt response was greatly appreciated as my wife is nearly 8 months pregnant. The repair was completed in a little under an hour and a half with a full service on the freon, unit, and inspection and replacement of the house filters. I cannot recommend them enough!! Additionally. I was able to get a very reasonable quote on replacement of the A/C system. Excellent customer service!

Recently after having heart surgery, Benjamin showed up to diagnose why sewage was backing up. I called Tuesday morning after explaining my dilemma he showed up just after noon. He was able to diagnose that it was a City problem and the lines were clogged on the city side. Fast service, trust worthy employees, and great value. Will definitely be using them for all my future needs!!

Our air conditioning went out in August and they were able to get someone here the same day.
