I called Russell’s American Mechanical at 1 pm asking them to check out my circuit breaker after having issues with both my Hot Water Heater and my HVAC. They met me at my rental property at 2:30 the same day, so the response was prompt. Jason not only checked the circuit breaker but also tested the elements to my water heater and the voltage to my HVAC system. I had these both looked at by professionals separately and only got temporary fixes. Jason was very thorough and was able to tell me that nothing was wrong with my circuit breaker or the power going into my HVAC but he gave me clear and direct answers to my issues with both the water heater (bad element) and HVAC. Because of Jason’s detailed inspection and troubleshooting, he was able to give me real answers and guide me in the right direction to solve my issues! I’ll definitely use Russell’s again and will ask for Jason McMillan directly! You are appreciated!

I'm very impressed with this company. I have been with them for almost a year now and have used several of their services. They have been friendly, professional and honest. I bought the membership and that has proved to be worth it for me. In my experience they have come out the next day and the communication is great. They provide an estimate before they do any work which I appreciate. I highly recommend Russell's American Mechanical.

They did a phenomenal job of coming out to my elderly mother’s home where they promptly identified and worked the bursted hose bibb near the kitchen. The burst, caused by the recent drop in temperature, caused some minor flooding to the kitchen and dining room area which I was able to quickly contain, clean up, and dry, but more importantly Russell’s American Mechanical was able to get the plumbing fixed and running soon afterwards. Their professionalism, compassion, and speed was impressive and they were able to restore my Mom back in her home within hours of the bursted pipe. An excellent company with excellent staff who work 24/7 in providing high value at competitive prices! Keep up the great work!

Russell’s Heating and HVAC installed a whole home generator, the Electricians worked diligently and kept me informed throughout the installation. Preston was especially helpful installing the gas lines through the attic to connect to the generator. All personnel were professional, kind and polite. We are so pleased with our generator installation

My appointment was 9:00 a.m. and Im still being unloaded at 1230pm.
To all Truckers/Owner operators aak for atleast 25% more. They will take 4-5 hours to unload a truck that took less than 1 hour to load. They don't value drivers time at all.
