QHE did a great job. My issue was resolved and my technician Joseph was phenomenal. He explained to me what was happening with my electrical unit and was very courteous, professional and sincere. I would definitely recommend and do business with QHE again in the future.

Todd was called to diagnose our A/C unit and was able to quickly identify the issue and repair the unit so we could get our air back on. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave some great tips for the future in case we have additional problems. Not only was he great at his work, but he was very kind and customer-oriented. I highly recommend him!

Doug was our contractor and he was amazing! he showed up, dealt with our difficult situation, and doubled back to make sure everything was working and that we were satisfied! he was extremely quick with the repair, and my husband and i are super happy to have AC again. thank you Doug and Quality contracting!

Doug was prompt and courteous. He reviewed all the issues before he started any work and even explained to me what needed to be done to fix the problems. He was thorough and cleaned up everything well.
If I needed to look for an electrical company for personal repairs, Doug has put Quality Contracting at the top of my list.

Shawn came right on time and was able to identify the issue, drain our HVAC, and replace the trap with no issues. Very educational on how to use the new trap and why there was a clog period.

I'm not big on providing reviews, yet I'm compelled to provide this review about the wonderful service that Josef with Quality HVAC provided today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is not often that you come across genuinely good people who convey that through their work in the customer service that they are providing. He diagnosed and repaired my AC issue within about 30 minutes. I believe anybody can do a job, but it's how you do the job that separates you from everyone else. Josef most certainly separated himself from the pack. If I owned an HVAC company I would be blessed to have an employee that represents my company and themselves the way Josef does.

I absolutely LOVE Josef! He is so knowledgeable and easy to work with! He has had to come to the house twice and had no problem troubleshooting the problem and fixing it! Matt and his team installed a new American Standard HVAC system for me. First of all they responded in a timely fashion. After trying 2 other services providers they were able to come out and accurately assess the problem with my old system which needed to be replaced. Secondarily, they worked hard to get the new system in place all for a great price. The install team were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Quality Contracting for excellent and affordable services.

I called Quality HVAC & Electrical early this morning because our AC unit stopped working last evening. Ashley called back quickly and was able to set us up an appointment for the same day.

The AC Tech Shawn called in advance to confirm his arrival time. When he arrived, we walked through no AC issue from last evening. Shawn went thru everything with his meters, he shared what he found. All of the measurements were good the system was completely charged, I thought I had a frozen evaporator, and it turn out to be the condensation or water drain pipe backed up and was not draining. While he was here, he also checked the second unit, and discovered some future potential issues to keep an eye.

I am truly amazed on the level integrity and honesty, he sent a document of all the measurement for our records documenting everything. He also helped explain everything to my wife in a common person approach explaining everything to her in very understanding way. This save a lot of questions for me. Thanks Shawn.

Shawn is professional, knowledgeable, and has the total wherewithal to work and solve HVAC problems completely independently. Watching him work was a pleasure, as he solved an extremely complex A/C issue in under 75 minutes. He helped a girl and her two dogs get reprieve in the middle of a coastal Virginia heatwave. Not only did John fix our AC but he was super fast and helpful. He even took the time to educate me after troubleshooting much longer than most companies would before upcharging or waiting. Hes very professional and kind. You cant get this type of service just anywhere. So Quality HVAC you need to look out for him.

My heat went out and I was able to get someone here same day which was a huge bonus. Hamilton was amazing. Explained everything he found, gave me options and quotes before fixing. Completed the job in a timely manner, and was very professional. I was very impressed with the customer service and job they did.

My package unit was old, on its last leg, and had been failing, and needed repairs, every winter for the past few years and finally died, this fall. The idea of replacing it was quite frankly scary as I know nothing about this stuff and have heard horror stories from many people over the years. I called several companies before i found this one and no one seemed to care as they were too busy i guess or they simply didn't answer and never called me back. When i called, Ashley the office manager was super friendly, and professional. She took the time to educate me on my system and what the work would entail. She took the time to answer all of my many questions, and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them.
I requested an estimate asap and they came out the next day. The price was extremely competitive according to what I found online so still a bit nervous I said ok.
I'm so glad I did! Again the office staff was awesome. They took my payment and had the new unit ordered by end of day. With supply chains being a little slow, the unit took a week to arrive, but was installed and completed within a few days. I was kept in the loop the whole time.
The owner himself came out on a Saturday and installed the unit himself to get my heat back before the next cold snap. I couldn't believe it. I have delt with many companies over the years for many things, but have never had a company go the extra mile the way they did for me, and my family. The new unit looks great! The house is toasty and I don't have to fear the next winter storm.

Hamilton was wonderful! He communicated when he would be arriving and was on time. He was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. I called Quality HVAC & Electrical this morning because our AC unit stopped working last night (the same day that an Extreme Heat Warning was issued for our area). Quality HVAC & Electrical was able to set us up with an appointment for the same day.

When Shawn arrived he walked me through each step of his process while troubleshooting the issue, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also went out of his way to make sure I understood what was and was not working well, and how each component impacted the overall health of the HVAC system. He also patiently helped me document all the details of the diagnostics to share with my husband who was not able to be present during the service call.

What stood out about this service call was how thorough Shawn was while diagnosing the issue. He was very knowledgeable and had a clear idea of what the issue likely was, but he kept testing and evaluating until he was satisfied that he found the underlying cause of the equipment failure. When it became clear we needed to replace a major component he went out of his way to speak to the supplier and arrange the shortest timeframe possible (one week vs over a one-month wait).

This was the first time we have needed HVAC service in Chesapeake and we both appreciated the level of care, consideration and professionalism we received as a part of this service call. We will 100% be calling Quality HVAC & Electrical for any future work we may need.

Not only did he address the problem, he took the time to explain how to care for and properly maintain our AC System! I felt like a valued customer! He clearly takes pride in his work.
