Our technician was Chris Babb and he is fantastic. We really appreciate his expertise. Thank you very much for your hard work tuning up our ac/heat pumps and the gas furnace package. Now we'll be nice and warm this winter when it snows! Highly recommend Chris and Atlantic Coast.

Heat pump wasn’t working, turns out it overtaxed the breaker. Chris called me and helped walk through some steps to correct, and then came out and took care of things and made sure to fix the issue first thing. Excellent service!

Been with Atlantic Coast since January 2018 when our old unit froze up and died during an extreme cold snap. They responded quickly and we soon had a new unit installed. Have been under a maintenance contract with them ever since. They are great to work with. Courteous and professional.

First time needing HVAC repair. Daniel quickly diagnosed my issue and repair it. He's a stand up guy and his expertise show! Highly recommend.

The maintenance technician, Troy, arrived and was professional. I explained to him that the cooling fan on one of my units might not be working properly. He checked it first before starting maintenance and showed me the bad capacitor that was causing the issue and replaced it. Then he checked all the operating levels of my systems to ensure they were working properly. Everything checked out, yay! He then cleaned both systems, picked up his tools, and gave me a cheerful goodbye.

Daniel came out on 1/9/25, and was amazing. He was prompt, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and gave me reassurance that our home was good for the winter. We will be scheduling for the AC maintenance this summer as part of the yearly package, and hope Daniel will be the one servicing our home.

Very talented group of HVAC professionals. As the installation progressed the team answered all questions and addressed any concerns. You can purchase the best heating and cooling equipment on the market, but it is critical to get proper installation. During equipment commissioning, performance testing was done to ensure that the system meets the manufactures specifications. Thanks, Atlantic Coast for a job well done.

Very happy with this experience. Two different techs provided service and both were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Arrived when they said they would (earlier than promised actually). Diagnosed the problem, tried to get me the best cost on replacement part and eventually installed the new part in a shorter time than expected. Would recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Atlantic Coast Heating & Cooling is a wonderful company. They are honest and will not rip you off. Stephen Wichler is the most pleasant man. Bryce was nice also. The office was great & this company is very professional. I recommend them highly is you need any heat & air work done. 5 stars.

The best company to work with! They get a tech out very quickly, usually same day or next day and are always so helpful and quick to fix the issue. Steven was so great he answered all my questions and I feel prepared for the future if the same issue arises. Troy was also super thorough when we needed someone to come back the next day and found a completely different issue. Both went above & beyond for us. Highly recommend!

This was a great service call. Responded quickly on a short notice. Got a reasonable appointment window and arrived earlier than we expected. Quickly diagnosed the problem, tested his solutions just to be sure and rechecked again before leaving. Tech was clean, professionally dressed and very pleasant and patient listening to us describe the problem.

Located the issue within minutes of looking at the leaking pipe and valve. Working on giving me quote for two future repairs that should be addressed after the winter season. The company and Chris were recommended to me by a friend and I would also vouch for this quality of work from them.

We came home from a trip to no AC. I don't trust anyone else to come out, Mike fortunately was working a job down the road and came by figured out the problem, ordered the replacement fan motor and was back out this morning to replace the motor. I will call on G & G as long as they're in business.

These guys are industry colleagues, they are a great outfit and Red is a living legend in HVAC. He has a mountain of knowledge and a humble spirit. Mike has taken over and these people are great.

My heat was not working and I put a call into G&G. They returned the call quickly and were at the house first thing in the morning. He solved the problem quickly and repaired the unit. Mike was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. Highly recommended!
