Great to do business with. They replaced two units in two months for me and provided excellent service.

It took several calls to find a company who handles GEO units. One company said they did and sent a tech out who stated they stopped servicing GEO Units 3 years ago. What a waste of time.
Atlantic Coast H & C was extremely friendly and knowledgeable from the call in to the tech coming out. He was very familiar with this type of system and quickly diagnosed the issue that a previous tech, not familiar with this type of unit, wire wrong. He fixed the issue and check other wires for correctness and made sure the system switch back and forth from heat to cool. I couldn't be happier with my find in this company.

Troy arrived promptly, was very pleasant and got to work right away for my 6-month maintenance check. Hardly knew he was there. After about 45 minutes to an hour, he was done and thoroughly checked out all the HVAC system. I think it's money well spent to invest in a semi-annual system review.

My packaged HVAC unit stopped working during a very cold spell in the winter of 2025. I got prices from several companies, and ACHC's price beat the competition by far. And once I decided to go with them, they were out the next day to install the unit and get my heat back up and running. The technician, Victor Djunaedi, was on time, very courteous and respectful, and he and his team got the job done quickly, and did a great job. I'm extremely pleased, and will definitely be calling ACHC in the future for any of my HVAC needs.

They completed a full AC replacement for me this morning and did a fantastic job. To put the cherry on top of their service, I had my failed water heater replaced last week by a plumbing company. The plumber left the old water tank in the attic because they wanted to charge me a ridiculous price to remove it. Today, Atlantic Coast surprised me and removed my old water heater out of the attic for me while they were replacing my AC unit. I was just blown away! The water heat is heavy as hell, and they had to carry it down two flights of stairs. They did not have to do that for me and I'm so thankful.

Really responsive and on top of things, with excellent communication. Professional, polite, on time, fixed problem and checked their work - oh, and they gave us a 43 cent discount. The cost was $1300 which our research indicated was very high for this repair.

The service was excellent and the technician arrived within a few hours after calling for an A/C repair. The technician, Daniel, was very knowledgeable, very professional, and happy to walk me through his diagnosis and recommendations. My problem was fixed within an hour. They’ve helped me several times and it’s always top notch.

Chris was amazing, he did everything he could to diagnose my problems for my unit and get it running again, sadly the compressor gave out so rather than risk more problems in the future we decided to replace the old unit since it was out of warranty.
