Although I deal with a home warranty program (Cinch) who I agree with most reviews about them. They are in it for themselves, they send wrong parts, they take forever to send someone to perform the service and it looks like they choose incompetent companies to service or repair your hvac system. Archer recommends repairs, the warranty company locates the cheapest parts they can find after disregarding the hvac companies recommendations. Archer received the parts a did not verify that they received the correct parts to perform repair. Archer installed the wrong part and the unit malfunctioned and if I had not questioned it they would have installed it twice. They do not show up when they tell you they will be there and they do not come prepared to correct problems. We have been without central AC for over two months and we are senior citizens. Whatever happened to first-time quality,communication with the customer and transparency. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Unfortunately this is the experience we have had with Archer.

Employees do shoddy work, owner then blames customer. AVOID THIS PLUMBER!

Very pleased with Klimek Plumbing and Heating. I have used them several times to repair my aging Cooling system and they are spot on and helpful. I will continue to call on them for any HVAC issues I have

This guy was recommended by a co-worker. He did the job for us and I recommended him to another friend of mine. Well, a few weeks after he installed the line to the dishwasher it started leaking. They did come out and fix it and then told my wife he should charge but he wouldn't. Well fast forward a year later we now found out the new piece he put in has been leaking for a while. It has destroyed our kitchen, our crawl space and part of our foyer. We call him back out to at least help getting the water tuned back on. As I sit here writing this with our kitchen still tore apart, no end in near I get a bill for $112 dollars from this guy...I hope plumbing isn't his specialty, do yourself a favor and find someone else.

David Klimek heating and AC has done my work for over 44 years. And my Father and Mother- in - laws home also. They have always done a great job. No problems. I'm having a new system put in now and the price is good . No problems at all with any work David has done for me. His helper is sick with the flu so I'm having to wait untill his worker is well. I do not want him in my home being sick. Poir guy..his entire family now has the flu. Sad! David came to my house and went over everything they will be doing and feels bad that they may be a few days later doing mine. That's ok he is worth the wait. The best I have ever used.

Scheduled an appointment...I drove 20mins to the house to meet him there and as I was pulling up..got a text saying need to reschedule. Tried calling several times and he would not answer.

Called 7/5 and they were supposed to show up the next day at 11am. They never showed up and would not return my calls or texts.

I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. They were on time, told me what they were doing, polite, and the fee was reasonable. I couldn't ask for more!!

Called on Monday...said he could come first thing Tuesday... didn't come...Tuesday said he was tied up with job..Would call before noon...no call...then wouldn't answer phone...finally on Wednesday had someone call...stated they couldn't come until following Monday...very hot...stated he was very busy...when questioned why he lied 3 times...had nothing to say... unprofessional, no integrity...dishonest...not qualities I want in someone working for me!!

When called Mr Heating and Ac was at my home with in a few hours. Service was professional and fast. Price was fair. Will recommend.
