I would definitely recommend Mr. Heating and AC to my family and friends for their heating and AC concerns. Edward arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. Based on his demeanor and up-beat attitude, I immediately knew that I was in good hands. Edward was extremely honest with his diagnosis to my AC problem. It was very refreshing to have someone arrive at my home as if they were excited to be there with the number one goal of solving my AC problem... If you are ever in the need of any Heating or AC repairs, do yourself a favor and request Edward.

I had my unit install five years ago from this company. And upon installation I was educated about my unit and how it should perform for me. It came with a great warranty. I received year checks and recently my unit went out. The next I had it fixed!! That was awesome service. I’m so glad I chose this company to install and service my unit

The Technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! Not only did he repair our AC, we had him comeback and install a programmable thermostat. I would definitely recommend this company to all my Friends and Family!

He listened to me, and he was quite informative to me about what was going on with it. All of my issues were taken care of, and I learned a few things along the way. Very professional service. I recommend them highly!

This comment is in response to your comment on the review by Shannon Shaw. First of all, Shannon had every intention of paying you. When service was complete, she gave you her bank card for payment. You stated you only accept cash or check (which should have been disclosed prior to service being completed). She does not have checks, which most people don't these days, and couldn't drive to the bank due to surgery. She called me and I agreed to bring a check for payment. It takes me 20-25 minutes to get to her home from my house, and I left right after she called me. When I arrived at her home, she told me you had just left but had did something and her ac was no longer working. I called you several times and no answer. I texted you twice to let you know I would meet you or come to you with the payment..no response. I'm now assuming there was no response because you had already sabotaged the unit.
Although this situation had been going on for 3 weeks (you scheduled several appointments and didn't show up), AHS sent a different contractor out and they repaired what you had done to sabotage the ac...AT NO CHARGE. This new contactor wanted to know why you charged $1100 when she had AHS home warranty insurance, which is paid monthly.
Just wanted to set the record straight. There was every intention and effort made to pay you. But, it all worked out for good.

Mr. Heating and AC is a company that knows what it is doing!! Prior to contacting Mr. Heating & AC, I had contractors from 2 different companies come out to troubleshoot a failed hvac unit. The first company did not even know where to start. Finally, Mr Heating and AC came out and diagnosed my hvac issue to be a failed fan blower motor. The Mr. Heating and AC contractor was able to diagnose the issue in less than an hour. The motor was ordered, replaced and back online within 24 hours. This company is very knowledgeable and professional. If you want your job done right, this is the company to call.

Called because he had done an Amazing job a few years ago. I called scheduled an appointment he came told me what was wrong with it. It took me getting trying to get in touch with him for a response. He told me he had been bit by a clients dog and needed time to heal.I gave a few more days to see when he would respond I reached out again and he then told me he couldn't hear out of his ear and had a bad ear infection do I gave more time for him to get better. I gave some more time had to try to reach him again I was then told he had a bad ear infection and blood infection. He asked for time to heal. I did. I asked him to let me know when he was going to be able to come out. I would get a survey on Google messenger on how he was doing and every time I would respond he finally contacted me back finally. It's been a month or so now and I now have to have someone else come out. They are going to charge Me another fee to see what's wrong on top of the repair. My husband is a Disabled Army veteran with COPD. This heat has been horrible..

Great service. My AC was completely out. When I left a message, my call was returned within 2 hours. Appointment was scheduled for the next morning. He had the part with him. My AC was up and running!! I received a follow up call to ask, was all ok with the AC. Great experience and results in this very hot season.

All I can say is excellent excellent excellent he has been one of the best people with good courtesy on fixing AC units. I have dealt with a lot in the past, but never dealt with someone with such precision on getting a job done not only the job but explaining to the customer to get them familiar of understanding what to do how to clean your filters changing them all keeping your vents clean, so not only coming in to do the job he literally explain the job to you. So in my book, if it was a way to give them 10 stars, he could get them with no problem and thanks again.

In this day and age it’s hard to find someone not trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. The quality and service we received from Edward was outstanding. The knowledge that he shared with us as the homeowners put us at ease in selecting him as our hvac tech. The install went smoothly and our new system has been working perfectly.
