WOW- Bad Bad Customer Service , I-would not use this Company at all. Lack of Communcation etc.

No show and not responding. Phone goes to voice mail and messages are full. Using them through a warranty company and not by choice. Part was supposed to be in on Friday and put in yesterday and I called and they were supposed to check on the part and since then no one has called me back and I cannot get in touch with him.

If you’re having issues with your system whether it’s for heating or cooling, Mr. Heating is your guy. Not only will he fix the problem, you’ll gain some HVAC knowledge as well. I really appreciate the work that was done at my home and most definitely will use his services again and again.

Worst company ever!! Was not professional at all. No physical address to go on site to a store. Never answers or even returns calls. Waited 4 weeks for him to come do a job that took 2 hours. Paid him by check and he didn't even give me an invoice. I would not recommend this company to anybody!! Wouldn't even call him back to work on a dog house. I'm good luv, enjoy!

He was prompt, & very professional.The service I received was impeccable. He made sure that I had a clear understanding of how to use the equipment he provided before he left. I would definitely recommend his service.

This man is worse. This guy has sabotaged my ac unit. This man was unprofessional as soon as he came into my home from the beginning. He said he doesn’t like home shield customers. They don’t like to pay. He is unprofessional. He stated I would have to come out of pocket because my couch is in front of the vent. He was nasty from the get go. I wish I could give this guy zero stars. A rude unprofessional man you are. I had no business even going through with him. His energy was off from the beginning. He replaced my blower then took it off and pulled off. Unprofessional bum.

My family and I are very pleased with the services of Mr Ed Allen. He was very timely with the first appointment, knowledgeable about the problem and made an excellent recommendation. The worse AC company in the world. I'm a disabled veteran and I say to all Vets and Americans do not use this company. Schedule an appointment thru my insurance company. Edward came out once! Text me over the weekend and asked to come out Sunday. Was out of town, ask Edward to come out Monday!!! That's when it all went South. It's Wednesday now and I had my insurance company call him, than I called him. He said " I'm busy an hung the phone up!! Poor Poor Service!!! Never ever use this company!!!! If you want your AC fixed and Good Service.

Always prompt, professional, and fixes the issues. He also explains everything he does as he’s doing it. I used his services 3 times in 2 different houses in the last 4 yrs and always delivers!

I would recommend the services of Thermodynamic to anyone and everyone. Edward was able to fix my 20-year old A/C unit on 2 other occasions until it finally gave out and had to be replaced. My A/C unit was located on top of an 8-story condo which made things more difficult, but he handled it like the professional he is. Edward was so polite & curious, while wasting no time in getting the job done. When it came to the repair/replacement costs, I couldn't have asked for a more fair price. Was very satisfied with the work performed by Mr. Edward Allen today of Thermodynamic Technologies LLC . He did outstanding work installing A/C unit in our home. Things are functioning very well and we are again enjoying a cool and comfortable home during this hot weather. I would definitely use this company again.

I would like to say that Mr. Allen is a solid, professional technician. He was knowledgeable and explained my problems and provided prompt service. He showed up early and fixed my issue completly. Mr. Allen is an honest and respectful professional. I will contact him again in the future if I ever have any HVAC/Heating/AC issues.

Very unprofessional and very rude. Rating is definitely a negative 10. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Just a nasty black man who doesn’t deserve not an ounce of business. Didn’t do the work he was contracted to do. Never returns phone calls.
