I am putting my house on the market and wanted a thorough cleaning. Pros the individual who cleaned our house was early and very friendly. Cons a lot of things were not done for the money we paid. She did not use a bucket to clean with so everything was just wiped down. My faucets were still dirty/spotted and the inside of my toilet was not clean. She used my vacuum cleaner and swiffer to clean with. She poured liquid lysol on my floors and went over it with my swiffer. She did not sweep or mop the floors and I specifically asked that they be cleaned. my kitchen counters were not cleaned nor was the outside of my refrigerator wiped down as I asked. We had to go back and re-clean ourselves so I feel like I wasted $225.

Paid $135 for my almost empty, 500 sq ft apartment to be cleaned. The cleaner showed up late, without the proper supplies, and called me after she arrived to tell me she would be charging me extra to clean the fridge. None of these surcharges were discussed when I was booking.

In the 2 hours she was there, she didn’t wipe any of the windowsills or shelves & the bathroom sink was left dirty- all of which were on the list of priorities i have to her. When I asked about these very basic parts of a professional clean, she told me they weren’t “included in the service.” I didn’t think to verify because to me- these things are standard with any professional clean. Not sure exactly what I paid for but I’d recommend saving your money & passing on this service.

Crystal$$’s cleaning service was amazing! I have used this company twice and they have been top notch both times! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family that were in need of carpet clean or home cleaning in general. They definitely get five stars from me!

LaTonya was very accommodating for a last minute clean we needed before guests arrived to our home. She thoroughly cleaned everything we discussed and tidied up as needed. Arrived promptly and brought all supplies needed. Would highly recommend for any cleaning in the DMV area.

When she was in Tidewater we hired her to clean our house on a regular basis. Her teams attention to detail and quick cleaning made each and every experience GREAT! It never took her long no matter what condition our house was in. Coming into a clean and sanitized home after a long day at work was the best investment we could have ever paid for. Getting a cleaning company to clean your house is the equivalent to self care like pedicures, manicures, fascials and hair cuts. I have not paid a cleaning company for my house since CC relocated because no one compares to what Latonya and her crew did in our home. So I'm stuck loosing some self care time and cleaning my house... unless Latonya is willing to make that trip to my house from Dumfries 😉. Latonya is a very trustworthy, free sprited, blessed soul, and helpful young lady. We love you CC (Latonya Snow) keep up the great work.
